Came with my spouse with severe belly pain to the Emergency. Got the patient registered. She was told to wait on a waiting room after a lab visit. I told them multiple times stating that she was having extreme pain and crying.Waited for more than an hour, doctor called us.when I inquired the doctor for long span of wait time with severe condition of the patient, doctor replied that it was common. He exemplified saying It is common and in some ER can have more than 30 hours of wait time. What a ridiculous answer ! What is the reliability of Emergency Hospital and who would bear accountability if something wrong happens during the long waiting in front of Emergency Room? Came in on behalf of asthma issues on a server level. The staff was extremely kind and treated my situation with high priority and care. I rarely have hospital visits and I will say this hospital has given me awesome treatment compared to others! (2 months ago)

Woodland Memorial Hospital ER experience is 100000 times better than Sutter ER in Davis. I have switched my ER place because of a horrible treatment at Sutter, and the doctor and the staff in Woodland Memorial Hospital ER were unassuming, kind, listening, lovely, check up on you often, prepared and educational. All of those treatments I never thought I would receive from an ER because the only ER I have been to was Sutter Davis (twice). The X ray staff and even the registration person told me "Feel better sweetie, okay?" "We are here for you right outside". When you are an POC immigrant studying at the University away from family, it is really nice when health care people treat you right, and doesn't assume you are just being "hysterical". Thank you for making sure to stabilize my symptoms before I went home, thank you for the prompt and accurate treatment. BEST ER EVER!! General Tip: Don't go there around 10pm which is the busiest! Try going there in the evening, around 6pm or something. It was just an awesome experience I have not received. Shout out to Dr. Brown and the nurse, Brian!!! :) (a month ago)

A big thank you to the staff of the radiology department. We brought my father in for a CT scan and then we had to get lab work done across the street at the clinic. The gentleman from radiology wheeled my father across the street to the lab because he has limited mobility & getting in & out of the car is difficult . (4 months ago)

So I have one doctor and one nurse I like, but that's about it. If you have the money or insurance to go to a different hospital, do it. If you have a chronic illness go elsewhere, this place isn't meant for you. For all you people who don't know anything about medicine and have never been sick, you might enjoy this place. However if you need good medical facilities, don't come here. I've had horrible experiences. Some people here are good, but its like finding a needle in a haystack. If you want someone who listens. You either need to know your body extremely well or go to someone else (a year ago)
