This place is the worst place to go. Never on time for appointments. Every time I come here I have AT LEAST a 15 minute wait for my appointment that I scheduled. I come here every month for an acne treatment and it is like this every time. Often, I hear doctors in the dermatology department hanging out and talking in the hallway while I’m waiting for them to check on me. Do your job!!! Also, if other people show up late for their appointments you should punish them, not me! I made this appointment and shouldn’t have to wait. Wish I could’ve given this place a 0/5. (a week ago)

Do not step foot into Winona Health! Doctors have no idea what they are doing. One doctor even admitted to not knowing anything about what I was being seen for in the women’s health department, which was not very re-assuring when you hope doctors are there to figure out what’s wrong and causing pain. They only did one blood test which came up normal did not even do any sort of exam, didn’t want to do an ultrasound to look further and obviously didn’t listen or know how to treat my symptoms. Needless to say the best decision I did was get a second opinion at a different clinic and was digonosed within 2 appointments there with a fairly common syndrome for women, something Winona should have find immediately. Winona Health diagnosed and made all the right calls when one of my family members got hit with a kidney stone/sepsis. We went from Urgent Care to Emergency to an overnight stay to an ambulance ride to La Crosse Gundersen. Every single person was concerned and on top of their game. Great care! (a month ago)

Was very unimpressed by the ER doctors and nurses. The most traumatizing/painful experience of my life. (in the last week)

I've never had a positive experience where I've felt completly satified with my care at Winona Health. One of my worst experiences was when I went into the ER severely dehydrated from throwing up all day. They decided this was a good time to let a new nurse practice giving me an IV, even though I told them I have a fear of needles. She not poked me 7 times, but she would also dig around and move the needle in me, which caused my vein to permenatly collapse. (2 months ago)
