Dont be late they have no compassion for you if your late you will not be seen on the day of your appointment. I had a appointment at 10:15 and i got there at 10:12 but because they wanted me to be half a hour early i was told i have to make a other appointment. Never sent me my paperwork to get records transferred to them. There was only one person in waiting room so why could they not just make me wait till she was done have no idea. Im sorry i live a hour away and had to drive to get there. Next time i better fly or kill myself trying to get there. My have to get third opinion because so far dont like them (a week ago)

I would give 6 stars if I could! My daughter had surgery on her foot a couple weeks ago. The entire experience was wonderful. We were done and out of the hospital before her actual scheduled time. They were all on the ball! The nurses and ER staff were amazing and caring. We will be coming back and we would recommend to anyone living in the local area to go to Windber Hospital. (5 months ago)

Took an elderly family member in through the ER when a fall resulted in a broken shoulder just before New Year's Eve. The care was superb, from the ER, to Wing 3, to surgery and Social Services. While they took excellent care of my family member, they also took great care of me, ensuring that I ate and rested as well as got information and guidance. All the buildings on campus are clean, bright, and nicely decorated, and the staff are all warm, caring experts. I am deeply impressed! (6 months ago)

Have come here over many years, mainly due to the fact that my mom was a director of a dept. Haven't been here for about 4 years but my 3 year old had a nasty injury and I knew the wait would be less here. So flew down to the ER where he was quickly seen and tended to. The receptionist and one nurse are getting letters written for the extra mile they went while my little guy got stitches...the Dr was a typical Dr in it for money who did a good job just no empathy. If you need EMERGENCY CARE, do not go here. Been waiting 3 hours for a deep laceration in my finger. Only one room available..."apparently" P.S. - you guys suck. (a month ago)
