I’ve had great care there but Winchester’s new billing agency is a nightmare—sending me bills for things written off by my insurance and for things never billed to my insurance to begin with. They are out of state and impossible to work with. Getting them to resolve their errors has been an uphill battle. If you have issues with them, know that you can file a complaint with the Attorney General’s office. (a month ago)

This is the best hospital I have been to. I had my little boy there, the maternity team is the best mostly one of their nurse Kelly on delivery unit, she is awesome, amazing and very professional. She has a heart of gold and so much patience, thank you so much Kelly. When I also went to their ER, it only took 45 minutes for my baby to be seen, examined and transferred to children s hospital. I love this hospital and I would very much recommend it, can't wait to have my next baby because that is where am going . Please keep it up. (7 months ago)

Incompetent. Two er trips for my 3 year old who was having trouble breathing and wheezes and crackles in his lungs and a 104 temp. He wasn’t given tylenol for 2 hours and we had to track down a nurse and insist it be given! And Dr insisted his lungs were clear and sent him home. Next day went to pediatrician and diagnosed with walking pneumonia. Do yourselves a favor and take your children to children’s hospital. (4 weeks ago)

I was there last weekend (sept. 2017), and had a great experience on the whole. the staff were amazing. Thank you! The doc did make a suggestion about being checked into the hospital b/c they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my based on all of the other test they did, i decline, and thankfully was fine once i got a good morning sleep in my own bed. so we don't always have to do what they say, but use wisdom (8 months ago)

Waited forever, over 3 hours. Guess they dont care if you are diabetic. Avoid if you need care in a timely manner - they are first come first serve, not based on severity. The care is good, but you will wait awhile. (4 months ago)
