Went to the er was there for 6 hrs nose wouldn't stop bleeding body aches blood pressure was high. Dr.Junior Taylor that saw me only treated my blood pressure. He never even looked at my nose to find out why it was bleeding. I explained to them I was throwing up and it started bleeding and it wouldn't stop bleeding. They drew blood to run test they gave me the paper and didn't explain anything on the results. They got my blood pressure down that's about it. My nose still bleeds about every time I cough or do any kind of activity. Poor excuse for a hospital or Dr. This place needs to be investigated because they don't seem to want to help people with what they go in for but want to send you and outrageous bill. Been 5 days nose still bleeding. (4 months ago)

I took my daughter last night to WNJ...WORST service EVER! I arrived at 1:00 a.m. and didn't end up leaving until 5:30 ..my daughter wasn't even seen by a doctor.. I was waiting in the ER waiting room cause they said they didn't have any more rooms..what this hospital should do is hire more nurses and doctors so patients can go in quickly and get out fast! Next time I'm going to TMC.. (4 months ago)

Never again. Had my daughter here two years ago and it was great. Had my son, and two L&D nurses were absolutely nightmares to deal with. Rude, uncaring, lacking to explain anything. He's a preemie, so, if we were concerned, they did nothing to help or explain. If anything, made it way worse or showed extreme lack of desire to communicate or listen. We will refuse to return to Sherman/Denison for any medical visits. (6 months ago)

The staff in the emergency room well very down to earth and calm even in all the craziness. I wish this hospital had more funding because they could really go far with a bigger and better facility. The doctors could use some improvement as to the accuracy and timeliness of their dx and if they did that then that might help with the back up that is often seen at this hospital. (10 months ago)

I am overly impressed with the quality of care our 2 yr old son received this morning. We had an if experience at TMC and chose to go here for a second opinon. From check in to check out everything was smooth. The triage nurse listened and was attentive to our situation. We saw a Docotor without much wait after paperwork. He thoroughly checked our son, listened to my concerns within minutes we received a diagnosis and a plan of care that will get him on the road to recovery. WNJ ER did an amazing job!!!! Thank you for putting the mom's mind to ease (6 months ago)
