Great facility. Drastically changed my life. Such genuinely kind considering and caring staff. I thank wtc for my sobriety and new found love for life. (2 months ago)

First off the staff are thieves. My wedding ring was stolen the first night I was there and when I left I was missing my Kindle fire and after shave. Understand I buy polo double black at 60 dollars a bottle. I pay my insurance and my insurance pays about 35 dollars per meal but you only get about 2 dollars worth of food. If you're still hungry you feel like Oliver Twist asking Sir can I have more and of course the answer is Hell no. The counselors really try but the center only lets you stay as long your insurance holds out. The place is named Wilmington Treatment Center because Wilmington Recycling Center was taken. This place pretty much thrives on court orders and Tricare referrals. BTW if you're Tricare they want you to stay 35 days because Tricare will pay for it. The only positive note is that the counselors do really try but the funding affects what they can do (2 weeks ago)

My daughter was there and received top notch treatment. I think highly of the counselors that go above and beyond their call of duty to support and ensure that each patient has the skills needed to rebuild their lives. They also give support to the families as a whole in facilitating healing and rebuilding family relationships torn apart by addiction. (3 months ago)

Not only has my family member received help and encouragement, the staff have been there for me and the rest of our family. This is the most knowledgeable, warm group! I am so thankful for what they have done for my family. It is apparent that they genuinely care. Thank you to the entire staff but to name a few Tony, Kelly, Lyndee, Jeff. I find comfort in knowing that Wilmington Treatment Center and it’s staff are helping to encourage and lift my family member up and on to a better life. Thanks again! (4 months ago)

The place is a hell hole!!I wouldn't send my worse enemy there!! The councilors are back stabbing liers!!The minute u say u want to leave they avoid u and if u dont hunt them down u wont see them. They will let u call your family to ask them to come get u then as soon as u leave they call them and change there minds!ITS NOT BECAUSE THEY CARE ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!At detox all they do is drug u and make u sleep and when u do wake up your a zombie! They do this so u dont bother them.A young girl had a miscarriage because they didn't give her the proper meds! When she returned from the ER they never once checked on her!Another girl had azma and bronchitis. When she went to the nurses station for her breathing treatment they told her she had to wait!!She ended up having to be rushed to the hospital! They are all so unorganized and dont give a damn about u!ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!
