My daughter had surgery at your place on 4/20/18 when she was on the day surgery floor they were very professional and treat her very well. After surgery she went to the third to the Transplant Unit side. The nurse act like the didn't know what they were doing no professional or personality to be nurses. Never knock before they enter the room. Never came to check to see if you need anything. Let not keep started on the aide very rude and never ask to see if you needed anything just come in the and never knock. Most didn't even introduce who they were. My daughter friend heard one of them at the desk saying that she not into this tonight and don't care who need anything. I can truly believe that. Because when I push the call button for them to bring something to my daughter whoever answer was very rude and said I bring it when I can which took hours. My daughter said when she brought it she put in on the table and didn't even ask if she needed anything else. She said I Thank her and she didn't even respond she walk out the door. We come and long way out of town and this is the rudest place I ever been in. I don't know if that just how people in this state are but they need a little compassion. My daughter said when she was discharge on 4/21/18 they told her it would be at least two hour for the wheelchair. When she call again someone said we can't do anything about it. Will get here when it get here. My daughter just had a concerning surgery and we still don't know if she through the hurdle yet and to have put up with such rudest. My daughter could not put up with it any longer so she just walk herself down. She told them goodbye and no one even address her walking down herself. We will never visit this place again your employee need training on having professionalism and some compassion. If anything happen to my daughter why she was walking herself down you would be getting more this just letter. (a month ago)

My wife had surgery on Saturday April 28th. The nursing staff on 3 east are great. The nurses she has had are very professional and most importantly very compassionate. Front desk folks are very nice as well. This has been a pleasant experience. (3 weeks ago)
