The best hospital I've ever encountered!! The children's side is amazing!! I've hardly ever had a wait there plus if they don't know the answer then they will figure it out. This hospital both sides puts the patients care top priority!! They will run any and all tests regardless of insurance or price!! I will never use any other hospital regardless of how far the drive is!! They are just amazing!! In this day and age it's very hard to find a good hospital with amazing staff that actually care about the job they are performing. In the adult side, I have had to wait up to 3 hours from intake to discharge which is the longest I've ever experienced here. In comparison to other hospitals, this one hands down beats every one!! No one wants to go to the hospital and no one wants to finds their self in the ER but if that is the situation, WMC is the very BEST hospital to be in! I have never been treated with such respect, concern, and kindness like I was when I had a medical emergency and found myself in their ER. I mean EVERYONE I encountered at every level of care I needed went out of there way to make me feel I was important to them. I was stunned to tell you the truth. In addition, the hospital was immaculate! Every place I every floor was very clean and well maintained. This is one special hospital! (a week ago)

The best labor and delivery unit anyone could ask for. They literally saved my life and my son’s. The nurses there were so sweet and so attentive. The next baby I have I will definitely be going back here. Thank you so much Dr. Rupe and the whole Williamson medical staff. (a month ago)

They were very quick to dismiss me in a tricky unfair yet legally binding adhd medication situation. No quick fast alternatives were provided and they only gave me the numbers of a couple of primary care physicians I could try to call the morning to see the soon as possible appointment. All of this I had already done far ahead of time in order to avoid running out of medication. My new primary and now very temporary primary care physician required some documentation of a original adhd diagnosis from a psychiatrist, which is 15 years old, and was thrown away by my pediatrician who is only obligated to keep it for 7 years back in Ohio. I just wish they would have cared enough to see if they could get me any one of the other alternatives that could have held me off for at least a week or two until I can see somebody. I rely on this medication every day. The lady who had me quickly sign the bill informed me that it is a federal law, and no one was legally allowed to tell me that on the phone apparently. I brought my wife here and hands down had one of the best experiences. ERs get a bad rep. But this one exceeds all expectations. My wife is 34 weeks pregnant and was having pains, so better safe than sorry. She was seen quickly and the nurses and doctors and all staff encountered had AMAZING bedside manner. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and great at explaining each test. We were in and out in a timely manner. Highly recommend this hospital! (5 months ago)
