People in the office were nice everything was okay other than my bill. I was getting a yearly physical that should have been covered 100% by my insurance but someone used the wrong billing Code so I ended up paying almost $500 and unfortunately nowone know how or cared to fix my this problem. I Don’t plan returning. (2 weeks ago)

I'd like to thank those doctors who dedicate there times away from there family's. Who possibly saved my life. After providing the best of care with the limited resources. And to all the stuff who put up with my complaining. Lol Thank you all Ron Taylor (10 months ago)

Dr.Bazemore and nurse Amanda were great. We are from Arizona. Oh yah the nice receptionist gets kudos too. (a year ago)

Lord help me that I may never go here for an emergency surgery or illness. I think most of the locals drive to Salt Lake City or St. George to get their health looked after. (2 years ago)

Every time I go here, I leave upset. Medical Assistants (Angelica) have the authority to send you to the ER. An hour and a half wait with an appointment in the clinic is common. The ER has very limited capabilities and lack of patient consideration, as in no respect for your time. How hard would it be to say, "we have prisoners here at the moment, you will have to wait an hour before we take you back." They diagnose insurance and over-test, then refer you out. (3 years ago)
