This rating is strictly for the billing department. Had so many problems we will no longer do business here to avoid having to deal with the billing. Dr. Shields is very nice and Dr. Castillo. The nurses at the hospital were kind. (2 months ago)

Had surgery here and 3 days of inpatient recovery. All staff were genuine, knowledgeable, and did their job diligently. (3 months ago)

Bad patient Service and too overpriced! The staff are rude, don't listen to your needs and will completely ignore you! My mother rushed me to the emergency room because of my heart problems and the attendant just told us to sit down and wait. I'm full out crying and holding my chest because the pain is unbearable so my mom was running to different staff members asking for help. It was a full 40 minutes of me withering in pain before we were seen. (a year ago)

I was in an Amtrak derailment in the middle of the night, out of over 30+ people I was one of the last to be seen. During my time in the lobby the staff members were very friendly, even offering turkey sandwiches while we waited. The doctors and nurses were very kind and provided for an all around well experience. (a year ago)

Bad all the way around. (10 months ago)
