Surprisingly horrible hospital. I fooled myself to come here due to the clean and modern look and it was the worst mistake I ever did. Two people in the waiting room and still it takes forever to be seen. (average wait 50 min, on a weekday afternoon). I'm a patient guy so this doesn't bother me. What does bother me is an unprofessional staff that doesn't take their job seriously. What bothers me is overpaying to deal with a staff with no sympathy. Trust me, avoid this hospital if you can. I really wanted to like my stay because it's so close but sadly it's not the case. (a week ago)

Go to any other hospital besides West Kendall Baptist. Rude, inept staff. Doctor struts in half an hour late for surgery. Nurses treat you like you don’t deserve to be there. Was not given a chance to chose my own pharmacy, medicine is charged to you without prior consent. Even wheelchair pushers eavesdrop on your conversation. Family member who suffered a stroke was sent home with a misdiagnosis of a headache. If there was a negative star rating, I would give it to them. (a month ago)

Best Baptist hospital ever !!!! I went here a week ago , feeling really ill and being 37 weeks pregnant and 5 days the doctors and nurses I had were BEYOND AMAZING. One of my nurses Lindsey, who likes to be called Nikki was working the other side of the birthing center and since no one was there she came to my room after having my daughter to check on us. And Maryann , another nurse was simply AMAZING as well. I can not thank them and this hospital enough. They saw a problem and acted on it immediately unlike south Miami they kept sending me home. In my heart, my doctors and nurses saved my daughter's life (2 months ago)

I really got to say I don't understand all this bad reviews .This Hospital is one of the best in all Miami not to say the best one in all aspects ,and I know what I'm saying because my wife is been attended from 2013 in this Hospital several times by Emergency and we never had any problem at all.Doctors ,Nurses and all staff are really professional ,nice and always in good mood (a week ago)

Worse hospital ever!!!! I strongly believe that the hospital administration needs to be looked at. The emergency room is completely unorganized. I understand that patients need to be seen by level of severity. However that causes people like myself with a severe migraine. One that you go to the hospital for help; because if you don’t your head will explode. Yet a migraine of that severity is not a high level severity to them. After four hours of waiting I left and was never treated. The worse part is that they didn’t care. The doctor could have strategically seen those patients like myself first; it would only take five minutes. Typical migraine, been there before, look in the system see what works for the patient, the patient is telling them what works. Put in orders and have nurse administer. OR have a doctor on staff dedicated to these faster in and out patients. Have a fast track area for these and other types of patients and have other doctors focus on the life risking patients. I will never go to this hospital again! (4 months ago)
