My grandmother is here after taking a fall just to help her to get stronger and there is one nurse here that is going above and beyond. My grandmother is in building 4 on the 10th floor and Vern, (the nursing assistant), is absolutely wonderful! She makes my grandmother feel safe and comfortable and is always a joy with a giant smile on her face. Some nurses could take some notes from her because she is the absolute best! (a month ago)

They provide decent service in the ER. But the financial side is confused. If you have household bills (two different people being billed from the same family) from the same hospital, don't expect those bills to be combined to help with financial assistance, even though you are still paying for both of them out of the same wallet. Disappointed in Wesley. If you want better legitimate financial help, if you actually need it, go to Via Christi. They work with their patients better financially. (a month ago)

Came to the emergency room and had the worst experience ever. The nurses were giving us blank answers and didn’t even give us clear follow ups on what was going on. Also we could tell the nurses we’re having a lot of fun by how loud and unprofessional they were being. They were short staffed and were very busy so we understand that they were busy. Someone could be in a lot of pain and the nurses won’t even care. (a week ago)

My husband has a total hip replacement in February, the OR nurses were amazing, an older woman, wish I could remember her name, went above & beyond. After surgery everyone was really great with him, minus one nurse (maybe having a rough day) but overall, very considerate, watching him while we were stuck at home with the ice. Also, first time in history of any hospital, my husband was released at the exact time they said! Woop Woop! (a month ago)

Security guards are ass holes to put it nicely, my kiddo is suppose to be a “vip” meaning she has a special card to get her back quickly as she could die if not done in the amount of time. She’s a cancer patient. This hospital really needs to shape up, doctors not knowing pediatric cancer procedure, I have never been so upset at the quality of care received. Asked a security guard if he could move so I could park to get in to the ER he replied “ NO” what ??? You are denying me access to medical care, he’s lucky I didn’t get out and knock his fat ass to the ground. Wow unbelievable (4 months ago)
