Honestly one of the nicest, cleanest, modern hospitals I've been to. The people here are amazingly nice and treat you like family. They really care and make every procedure as comfortable as possible. The cardiac and ct/xray/MRI people are amazing. Every single person from the second you walk in to the second you walk out is nice. They never have a bad day... I don't know how they do it. Keep up the great work !! (4 months ago)

This not to every doctor or nurse. There decent people working here. the problem falls on the attitudes. Do you think any one really wants to be Hospital? no the attitudes in the emergency room and many others could be seriously improve. I get a hospital is a stressful environment. Nurses and doctors need to not show it and chill... I like to see some more improvements with staff and its patients without the attitudes and listen to what there telling you. I get sometimes you have to go by the policies and sometimes have to make hard calls. But your going to piss panties off your going to stress yourself more. This Hospital has wonderful chance to be come a place where people would love to go if they NEEDED TO. i remember when i was a young child my mom brought me to er only to bring me over to Portsmouth later cause of the attitude you think by now you change things around (4 weeks ago)

Tough to call your kid's appendectomy a great experience, but everyone we dealt with here was fantastic. Doctors, nurses, people at the desk, all seemed like they really cared about parents and child alike. Makes such a difference in time of crisis. Love and kudos to all! (2 months ago)

I went in with delirium from dehydration and I left with a 7000$ bill. They ran multiple, unnecessary tests and even reran my test for mono when they had the positive results from a clinic I had gone to. The evening staff visited me upon arrival and never returned. I sat in the Emergency department from 0100 to 0700 so that they could pass me off on the day crew. They never explained what they were doing , all the tests came back fine, they tried to get me to admitted even though I said I didn't want to, and I had to leave AMA. I only needed fluids... The billing people sent only one notice that arrived while I was still ill and then they sent the debt off to debt collectors. These people only want your money. There is no patient care. There is only arrogance and greed. (3 months ago)

Doctors are nice. That's it thought. Nurses bedside manner is needing improvement at best. Was forced to get unnecessary testing in order to receive any treatment for an obvious sinus infection. Been to this hospital unfortunately several times and almost never a decent experience. Their phones staff is rude and insulting with no regard for their job or the wrongdoings of their employer. A huge overpriced bill for a terrible experience. Advising everyone to stay away from this place. Btw WHD i have over 200k followers on several youtube channels and over 660k international followers on nnd. This will be shared with them all. (3 weeks ago)
