Nurses and staff were very patient and informative whenever I had questions regarding my Dad’s health. They took their time and read off the test results and explain as much of it as they could. The nurses Libby and Tammy on the fourth floor were excellent and I enjoyed speaking to them. They have beautiful state of the Art rooms and it was just very, very, clean. Could barely hear the traffic noise outside and they did not rush my Dad out of the hospital. They made sure his blood pressure was under control. Awesome team here at Wellstar. (in the last week)

My 11 month old son cut his head open so we needed to rush to the pediatric emergency room to have it closed. The experience couldn’t have gone any smoother. The nurses were all so friendly and really put my son, and me, at ease from the moment we got there. The facility is immaculate and the pediatric waiting room is very kid friendly and decorated which makes the whole experience for a child much less scary, in my opinion. Process was pretty quick, not too much waiting. We’re very thankful to have this hospital so close to our home. (2 months ago)

the nurses were for the most part pretty good. if they did not like the readings they got on the vitals they would erase them until they got something better. Doctors came out of the woodwork. You could not know what was going on because they did not include you in the plan. scheduled procedure nothing to eat or drink 18 hours. went for procedure doctor said he did not have personnel to do it and canceled it. 45 minutes later they came and said they had someone to do it . I declined they took me back to my room and immediately discharged me. I told them I did not have a ride they said call a cab get her out of here. I left (5 months ago)

If you have to go to the ER you at least want a comfortable time. Paulding ER made that possible. When my daughter was three days old and spiked a fever I ended up in the ER. I was immediately taken back, a full workup was done and they kept in touch with my drs that delivered my daughter. It was a scary time for sure but they made it more comfortable. My only issue was the waiting room is very small and crammed. I would hate to be there during flu season because you are bound to be stuck next to someone who is sick. (3 months ago)

I would not recommend this hospital only because of the treatment I recieved today .. I’m hardly ever sick so when I am you best believe I am my throat and ear on the right side is hurting me so bad til it’s making the whole right side of my face hurt I left work early to go ahead and get to the ER .. The wait up front really wasn’t that bad and they were nice and polite . So I get in the back in a room here comes the physician assistant check my ear and throat and says there’s nothing wrong that he could see so I’m automatically looking at him like he is crazy , he says ma’am it viral it’s just a cold ur coming down with , I told him how much pain and there is definitely something wrong so he take a swap of my throat tell me to hold on to it and he needs me to sit up front back into the ER I’m looking at him like are u serious right now I couldn’t believe it , I said nobody has checked my vitals , gotten my insurance information or anything the say” OH NO ONE HAS BEEN ?? 😩😩 OkY Ill send in admissions in here then I’ll come back and get you seated back into the ER”” So admissions come In get my insurance info and she was nice so after she leaves there is nobody for another hour and he told me he was coming right back to get the swap of my throat and to sit me back up front but he never did show up So I finally open the curtain in the room I was in and ask what I’m I waiting on and the same Physician assistant says we just waiting on your Strep test to come back REALLY HOW IN THE HELL ARE YOU WAITING FOR MY STREP TEST TO COME BACK WHEN U TOLD ME TO HOLD ON TO IT AND HE WILL BE RIGHT BACK TO GET IT FROM ME AND SIT ME BACK INTO THE ER??????????? What in the entire hell is going on so I left MIA BECAUSE I CAN TAKE BETTER CARE OF MYSELF I really just could not believe the care I got today and I’m still in pain ear and throat👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽✋🏽✋🏽✋🏽✋🏽✋🏽✋🏽✋🏽✋🏽✋🏽 Don’t go here I worked at wellstar for 10 years and never seen anyone treated like that at the location where I worked at “Kenestone” is the best (a month ago)
