From the minute I arrived by ambulance to the ER, I received excellent, professional and timely care from everyone . Nurses and Doctors were patient and kind, which when you are by yourself was such a comfort. I was traveling through Atlanta when I became ill so there was no family with me, which can be quite scary. I was constantly monitored and especially when I was moved to the 3rd floor! I was hospitalized 3 days and never had a bad experience. The Nurses saw to my every need and explained things in layman’s terms every time they entered to do a treatment or procedure. They were kind, considerate and extremely patient and I felt comfortable and more at ease because of it! I have been there twice highly recommend it especially for Emergency reasons. (3 weeks ago)

Worst hospital to go to!!!!! I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. The head nurse Patrica on the 3rd floor is the worst. She has no compassion and very rude. If you don't have a family member to watch every move they make you are left to die. Please please avoid this hospital. I don't even want to give it one star. They need to close this hospital or change the entire administration. (3 weeks ago)

I know everybody posts bad reviews, but my father and I were both patients in the trauma unit. We both survived something that even the doctors could never explain exactly how it was possible we survived. These doctors were incredibly caring and literally saved my life and my fathers. We were both life flighted in (11 years apart) and both came out better than anyone expected. It is not as bad as people say, or at least the trauma unit isn't. (a month ago)

While the building was a bit run down because it is an older building i can see they're doing their best to keep it clean and i never seed an unclean bathroom or a smelly building. Having said that, giving baths were not offered as often as needed but someone did if you requested one and i think that was due to being short staffed. As for the medical service which is mainly what someone is there for i would say it was first class and efficient from the time you got into the ambulance, in the ER, the doctors updating family members before, during and after surgery were wonderful, the nurses were on time with services and always came within 3 mins when called, Drs came to ck on patients starting very early every single morning and was thorough. Now i can not speak for every department but this review is accurate and honest for the department my child was in and i saw this first hand because i stayed in the hospital with my child for 4 days and 5 nights and never left the hospital and was with her every step of the way except in the OR but i saw everything else. ER:Nurse Vonda is a rockstar. The staff are caring and amazing. For a Level 1 Trauma center (stab and slab clinic), they were top knotch. Anesthesia department has been awesome dealing with all my epidural complications. I want to give anesthesiologist Kate zero stars. I wasn't going to put this in a review but have gotten no follow up from the hospital. She watched YouTube on her phone during my C Section. I ended up with a spinal headache requiring 2 blood patches. The above review is when i had to return 3 days postpartum to the ER to get the 2nd one. If you have surgery, don't let her touch you.
