My stay for two weeks was nothing less than the best. Great staff! Every nurse and every doctor treated me with the best care. I want to thank the many nurses and doctors that attended to me during my stay. I highly recommend Wellington Regional. (2 weeks ago)

Took my daughter here. Wait time to check in was about 15 min. There were two people in front of us. Then once we were checked in and taken into the back the wait was a little longer then expected. The place is clean, everyone is friendly, they took care of my daughter without a problem. It is just the waiting to be seen and waiting to be discharged. I have never waited so long for this to happen!! I would go to the urgent care across the street next time, but no for any other reason other then slow pace here. So I give a three out of 5 for this reason. I think maybe they should look into researching how other ER are able to do this!! (a month ago)

The reception staff was very friendly and let us know about a mall nearby where my daughter and I could wait while my husband was in surgery. The medical staff was very supportive after my husband's surgery, however I was very disgusted when no one bothered to call my husband 24-48 hrs after his procedure to check on his recovery. It seems they are only concerned with their patients while they are at the facility. When you leave you are on your own. :-( (2 months ago)

I have worked in a few ER’s in my day and I was very surprised when we visited this one. This place was dirty and smells very bad. Bugs on the wall, floor dirty, patient information just laying around for anyone to see. I think the staff needs a training on aseptic procedures and what is the hospital policy on staff and personal cell phone? My wife and I waited patiently as she was experiencing SOB and thought that would be enough to make people move a little quicker but instead staff just sat around talking and showing each other pictures on there phones. What ever happen to customer care? Being in the Wellington area I guess assumed that this ER would be nicer. Think we may visit a different hospital next time. Sad! (a month ago)

I went in with excruciating foot pain that I've had for months, and the doctor saw me for a total of 2 minutes. He basically laughed at me, told me to take Advil, and buy new shoes. I asked if I could get an X-ray or something more than him poking my foot for 30 seconds and he denied I needed it. I called a podiatrist, and he wanted to see me immediately. Turns out I have more than just a muscle strain like the doctor here said. The nurse that came in was also laughing at me, and talking to me like I was in kindergarten. I am 23. Completely unprofessional, will never be coming back here for care. I'd rather just deal with the pain than go back and just have them laugh at me for going in again. (a month ago)
