This hospital was amazing! My husband had been to multiple hospitals in large cities that could not seen to be able to do dialysis on him because they couldn't seem to draw his blood so they refused to do dialysis on him. This hospital was able to find every problem and was able to take proper care of him. Within hours he was looking so much better and then they did dialysis. They were ALL compassionate and alwayswent above and beyond in their care of him. They got him straight into a room in the emergency room and were so helpful. (a week ago)

Nursing staff was fantastic and the Dr was nice. I went in having trouble with a cough and having trouble breathing. Got a breathing treatment which helped out a lot. I just don't understand why he refused to write any prescription for anything even an inhaler to help ease symptoms until my Dr could be seen. It's like he just didn't wanna help me. Wasn't like I went in seeking narcotics or something like that not even a frequent visitor to ER. He gave me a life changing diagnosis and then just said bye. Is this standard of medical care so low there? No compassion (a month ago)

If I could give it zero stars I would. The Doctors are arrogant, pompous and uncaring. They do NOT listen. The nurses are are caddy and you can hear them complaining loudly about other patients. They act like if you hadn't come in they could be off having a great beach vacation and you're just there on purpose to ruin their good time. I don't understand why any of them chose a profession that requires actually caring about other human beings. I've heard from friends and family that they constantly misdiagnose people which sometimes leads to their deaths. It's all around a terrible place. I think it is more dangerous to come here than to spend the extra time to find a doctor or hospital in another town. (2 months ago)

This is now my third bad experience I have had with this hospital emergency room. First was they tried to send me home with a broken collarbone but I argued and asked for the X-ray and I pointed out the shadow and they agreed it was broke. Second was when they had me sit in the ER for over an hour to then tell me the specialist needed wasn’t on call. I sat there for nothing. Third was the final straw. Today my wife carried my son in with a hole in his chin that needed 11 stitches. He is bleeding out of his mouth and crying so hard he fell asleep from exhaustion in the car ride to find another ER. There was no one at the desk and when a staffer finally came out he said to sign in and someone would be with them. Never in my life have I seen an emergency room with no one working the admission desk but that seems par for the course there. WRMC is by far the worst thing I have ever seen. My wife and I have decided that we or our children will be minutes from death before we step foot in that place again. It sickens me that people rely on this hospital for care and it is that poor. Stay away. There are better hospitals azle, willow Park and all of them in ft worth. Two of my family members have died because of a bad choice in the er done by doctors who don't care because they didn't have insurance. All they will do is get you stable and kick you out. Don't believe me? Risk it. Go. But when they cause your loved one to get sicker or possibly dead, don't say I didn't warn you. The nurses are good. Don't get me wrong. I never have anything bad to say about the nurses. The doctors? Well. They just don't care. And if you have no insurance or limited insurance, don't bother. I have personally witnessed them letting my mother in law leave when they knew that she had a lump inside of her stomach. How do I know that? When she came back here the second time, they pulled the original scope picture and asked us why they released her when they knew it was there. After that we transferred her to medical city ft worth. But, because of this hospital's negligence, she couldn't survive surgery. She would still be alive today if they didn't release her the first time. But who am I. Don't listen to me. Do what you want. Just a heads up, it's about 4000 for a casket and a grand for cremation (a month ago)
