This place deserves no stars. My grandmother has gone there for help with anxiety and depression multiple times. The only "assistance" has been to add more prescription drugs instead of actually helping. While admitted there, there were multiple occasions when the staff come close to giving her double doses of medication. Thank God she wrote each time she took her medications down and that family was around to ensure her overall wellbeing. There is no consideration for patients, but only how much money can the hospital make off of a patient. (a month ago)

Been at the ER since 1:17 pm and it is now 5:27pm...The staff is not friendly. They walk by don't speak nor do they care to answer questions. I have spoken to two people one is the registrar and the other a nurse. The registrar stated she don't know when I'm going to be seen and the nurse went to check but didn't even ask me my name and then came back with a new patient. Mind u everyone that was here when I came in are being seen by a doctor or gone. I have watched at least 10 people who came in after me go to the back. I don't know if my diagnosis classifieds as an emergency or what but to sit and wait this long is crazy...The sad part is I worked on a hospital setting for at least 7 yrs and I worked ER for 2 yrs. Where I worked we were trained to at least speak to others when u pass them but not here. Then to find out they are working short does not justify me being here this long. I'll keep writing this review untill I go in with a a doctor. I checked in at 1: 17 I got my arm band @ 14:06 and at 5:40 I'm still here.. (in the last week)

I came in with pneumonia and was admitted and went to the 3rd floor. The nurses and doctors were very friendly especially nurse Amanda and nurse Ashley. They were amazing nurses and super friendly. They made me feel welcomed and took very good care of me. I would definitely recommend nurse Amanda and nurse Ashley. I don’t know their last name but I know they work on the 3rd floor with the Babies and would like to say thanks for their help and being very supportive. (4 months ago)

This is the worst E R management I've seen in a long time! The staff is extremely rude and without compassion! My daughter got here at 5:26am and we still do not have all of her results and its 11:17am. The urine specimen they asked for is still sitting on the table from hours ago! I Would not recommend this place for a anyone! You'll come here in pain and leave in a more pain! And somehow they are still in business! The E R doctor should be fired for his lack of commitment to his oath. (4 months ago)

No wonder people go to Dallas and Little Rock for health care. This place has terrible service and the employees are rude as hell .This is the worst E R management I've seen in a long time! The staff is extremely rude and without compassion! (a month ago)
