I have been here twice. The first time was for stomach pain and they absolutely couldn’t tell me anything I was here over six hours. Today I came because a chemical burn on my eyes. I have been here for two hours and I am still waiting. This place is painfully slow I mean I know how hospitals are but this place is crazy crazy slow. It took the doctor a hour and a half to get back to see me after I was taken back because he had “computer problems “. He wouldn’t even tell me what degree my burns are just that they are chemical burns. I have now been waiting thirty minutes on discharge papers. Next time I’ll go to Summerfield ER. Way shorter wait times (a month ago)

(E.R.) I had a procedure done in the OR at 11 AM everyone there was great. I started bleeding profusely I could not get in touch with my Dr. everything I read on my discharge papers instructed me to go to the emergency room immediately. I checked in explained the procedure I had done in there O.R. and the fact I was passing blood clots and heavy bleeding when I urinated. I was instructed to sit and they would be with me shortly. 3 hours later the Nurse said the Dr. would be with me next although they did not do urology 1 hr later after not being seen I left as the bleeding had slowed a little. The man with a broken shoulder was there 6 hrs. the one with a foot issue 7 hrs. The drive to Ocala 45 Min (2 months ago)

Things have definitely improved since my first visit years ago. The 4 the floor staff during my stay were very helpful and pleasant. Although they at time seemed understaffed, no fault of my caretakers. A shout out to nurse Stephanie, (newly engaged, frozen braid!), Who pushed for more answers for my condition. Thank you to all, including ED staff and volunteers. Mawitters (2 months ago)

We've been at the emergency room for 6 hours and dad has not been seen by a doctor, yet....but you listen to the nurses talk about their personal life and laugh out loud in the hallways, this is the type of hospital that makes you think twice to seek medical attention, when you need it. One star will be too much rating but I had to pick something so I could write a review. I hope we don't have to come back here ever. (2 weeks ago)

My Mom was admitted through the ER last Tuesday and although the admitting process was unreasonably slow. Once she was given a room on the 3rd floor she was very well taken care of by the entire staff. It is my opinion that this area is too populated and needs a additional hospital in order to provide the best care. (2 months ago)
