This hospital has been a God send. My husband had a surgery a few weeks ago and every single person who walked into his room became like friends we’d known for years. Just last night I had to take my 8 year old son in for what turned out to be strep throat. The ENTIRE staff treated him like a little King. They told him before they did anything to him and made him a part of finding a solution. It was just what he needed to feel better. One of the most important things is that they made him feel safe and good! (3 months ago)

I am reviewing the Emergency Department and in comparison to Wuesthoff and Holmes Emergency Department, Viera's is the best and preferred . Never have to wait more than 5 minutes to get taken back to the ED. The place is clean and it actually smells good, not a hospital smell, amazing! Our nurse J.J. and charge nurse Amanda were great and so was a nurse from Respiratory. ED Doctor Lee is smart, compassionate, thorough, good listener and meets the needs of her patients. (a week ago)

Dr clodfeller is a raging douchebag. He is disrespectful mouthy and rude. Love the hospital and staff but this doctors bedside manor is severly lacking and he shouldnt be working with patients. (2 weeks ago)

I felt this hospital gave my father in law a high level of care. I felt they treated him like a person, not a chart, and were able to look at him holistically not as individual issues. The nurses are excellent and the rooms are very nice. (3 months ago)

Initially I was very happy with how easy the online check In was... however as soon as you walk in you are greeted by a man wearing a name tag of M. McFarland who is so rude! I had on jeans a long sleeve shirt and a jacket he instructs me to put my purse on the table for inspection then walk through metal detector. I walk through and apparently the button on my jeans set it off. He repeatedly asked me if I was wearing a belt I repeatedly told him NO. He couldn’t be any ruder with the way he spoke to me then proceeded to empty the contents of my purse all over the table. I asked him if he really needed to remove EVERYTHING out of my purse and his response was do you really need to bring it in? Really!? This is a hospital correct? Feels more like a jail. Being treated like a criminal is uncalled for! UPDATE: we have since returned due to a allergy problem and while the hospital is awesome in so many ways I have to say where it’s bad it’s just really bad! My fiancé was asked to urinate in a cup and page the nurse after so she could send it to the lab. Well the problem is his nurse Esther would wait HOURS to respond! Then he was having a problem and I had to find a different nurse who after helping him told Esther she needed to talk to her about her patient still never came in to check on him. She’s pleasant and smiley but I think she’d rather socialize then do her job. (4 months ago)
