I Broke my ankle but received great care here. Its hard being a Truck Driver far from home but everyone is great here. (in the last week)

The care and compassion we were shown over the weekend was hands down 100% genuine! They did everything they could in the tough situation with my little guy. We are truly blessed to have such a clean and caring hospital in Webster City! (6 months ago)

Took my 3 year old to the ER for a high temp. We got in around 6 and weren't seen until around 7:15 (and that was after a couple went to the desk and asked if we were going to be seen soon). We get back to the room and around 7:45 he threw up after taking some medicine. I had to call my husband to bring a new pair of clothes for us. In the meantime my child had to sit in diaper with his blanket wrapped around him on me in a chair because they didn't replace the sheet on the bed that had puke on it. They finally run the test around 8 and we didn't get out until almost 9. I don't know if things weren't getting put in the computer but multiple nurses came in and did the same tests because they didn't know the other had already been in. The nurses were nice and the Doctor was as well but our overall experience was unpleasant to say the least. (7 months ago)

I was brought in by ambulance for major asthma attack!! They took excellent care of me!! Better than Mary Greeley for this type of treatment!!! Loved the staff!!! Every single one of them were fantastic!!!! (9 months ago)
