I give this place a 0 I have been waiting 2 days to get transferred... note I'm 14 and I need help for mental health reasons. I came willingly.. I'm tired of waiting. I'm going checkout with my parents (in the last week)

These reviews are frightening! And the response by the owner patient in ER Ginger, made me nervous to ever go here. I thought this was a great hospital. Why such horrific reviews? (3 weeks ago)

This is an excellent hospital albeit a tad on the smaller side , clean and nice the nurses and doctors are very nice and very competent Bonus- valet parking ! (in the last week)

Valley Radiology Dept. Very Professional. I called last week to get a pt in for a PET scan, Robinson was very polite and went above and beyond to help me get the pt in that day. Very thankful for how helpful he and the department was. Great patient care and service. (3 months ago)

I went to Valley Hospital ER on January 27th at midnight. I was in excruciating abdominal pain and had uncontrollable diarrhea. I was wearing Depends and could barely walk! My daughter rushed me there because I could not drive and my oncologist is affiliated with this hospital. She stayed with me and witnessed the horrible treatment I received in the ER waiting room! I was screaming, crying and begging for help. My words fell on deaf ears! I broke out in a sweat and felt like I was going to pass out. The young, white female nurse wheeled a wheelchair out to me, and left me. She called another patient in, as I begged,"Please help me!" The other nurse, young, male oriental, called me back to get information and returned me to the waiting room!!!!!!! Some time later, the wheeled me to the back hallway to get me on a stretcher, as I now start uncontrollably vomiting. The female nurse got some sort of a bag for me to vomit in, but it was uncontrollable, and I missed the bag several times. Her response to me was, "Can't you get it in the bag?!?!" At this point my diarrhea was out of control, and I mentioned it. The male nurse responded, "What do you want me to do? Get a bed pan and put it in the middle of the floor?!?" The entire time I was crying and so was my daughter!!! Disgraceful!! Once I got in a room, in the care of the ER nurses and doctors, I was treated like a human being, with compassion and care! They were fabulous! I was admitted for a week with a life threatening intestinal blockage!!!! Shame on those two nurses... and they know who they are!!!!! Yes, I would like someone to contact me concerning this!!! (a month ago)
