This is the first hospital I have been to with valet parking and it was awesome for using crutches! Staff was extremely helpful as soon as we walked in to direct us to where we needed to go. Once in the Orthopaedic Dr office the staff there and Dr. Perry were absolutely wonderful! I also needed X-rays while I was there for the last 2 appts and the staff there was wonderful too! I am glad I am going there with such excellent staff, they have all been worth a 5 star rating! (a week ago)

I was there 4 times in 1 year and I have to say the nurses were great and made me feel so comfortable and cared for. You have the hardest job I don't know how you do it. Thank you all especially the nurses on 2 and 3 Crawford. Thanks again. (2 months ago)

I didnt understand until now why the er took so long...the nurses up here on the floors with the rooms are so awesome and so compassionate...i came in panicked as if i was dying ...today i am so relaxed...today my nurses are dashia and genna...2 of the sweetest girls i habe ever met! (a month ago)

I was brought to ER by ambulance. By the time I was seen at Midnight, my bus had stopped running for the night. Was told have to wait in waiting room til bus service available 6 hrs. later. As I waited, TWO others wetegiven cab vouchers. The 1st woman wasn't even seen, rambled & sweared while she waited, and was upset she couldn't get Methadone. After hearing a 2nd person paged for a cab, I inquired about policy. An underlings explained the supervisor told her the above reasons. When I clarified she said she never said that & it's based on 'medical needs.' I guess being disabled with asthma isn't reason enough. A security guard actually implied maybe I was "mean" to the Dr.! Pathetic excuse for a "Hospital." (2 months ago)

It’s very difficult to get updates on patients in the ICU (CVU) and doctors treat visibly upset family members with little compassion. I’ve been in the family waiting area for the past five hours and calls to the unit promise news at a later time, but hours pass with no updates and no opportunity to go back and see my brother. It’s very frustrating. (4 months ago)
