There's people who have a job because they are good at it, enjoy what they do and really do their best to succeed at their tasks. And then there is this place. Where it's simply a job to pay the bills. No urgency, no finesse, no insistence for skill or passion. I get it health takes time. It's not a snap of the fingers. But when I see everyone sitting around chatting, literally not doing anything. And we have waited hours for a nurse. Why are these goons getting paid so much? Why do we give these people so much time, money, and courtesy and respect for them to sloth around? (a month ago)

The entire campus is clean and orderly. Directional signs are clear and understandable. There is interesting artwork to see on various walls. The staff I've interacted with has been helpful and knowledgeable. The 4th floor staff was generally very helpful and responsive. The ER entrance is easy to identify when driving up. The main entrance closes at 9pm, so if you're visiting someone in the main hospital you'll have to go in through the ER entrance. (3 months ago)

My elderly mom fell and had a serious head injury. We went to the ER and they took us right back. From the check-in person to the triage nurse, Dr. Miller and nurse Chris, everyone was caring, compassionate and attentive. They took excellent care of her. Thank to everyone! My mom received excellent care! (2 months ago)

Good service. Staff is friendly and keeps you updated on what is going on. Only downside is there is no easy way to get there other than by car. No bus or shuttle service that I could find. (2 months ago)
