My son’s doctor is great (after we finally found one), but the lab technicians are not competent when it comes to young children. They’re very rude and they don’t listen at all. We spent about five or more minutes with my son screaming while the presumably new girl was STRUGGLING to collect blood for a lead test, even though he was bleeding like a stuffed pig 😡 I will avoid the lab with my kids at all cost, because this has happened several times now. Worthless people. Refusing to provide referral for my wife's ruptured appendix. Won't respond to the hospital where she is admitted. (4 months ago)

The care is excellent once you get an appointment. We usually wind up having to schedule about a month or more ahead to be able to get in to see our regular doctor. Seeing her when a family member is sick is simply not an option and we usually wind up either going to Nashwauk or Mt Iron clinics or Urgent Care because everyone else is booked too. (a year ago)

Very upset with the way the ER/Urgent Care doctor's treats patients. I have never been satisfied any time I've visited this place. (9 months ago)
