I’m giving it a 2 because of the facility is filthy at least in the hall and emergency care room we are in. Dr. H, the X-ray technician, the patient transporter and the front office lady were phenomenal. Our nurse ‘H’ doesn’t seem willing to assist. She has not back to to room since about 11:00 AM. The doctor a neurologist gave us a blanket, another nurse brought requested water. We have not had a CNA at all. So I’m taking her back and forth to restroom myself. This is University Health so private funds supports this facility and staff. I thought coming here might defray expenses. You get what you pay for. (a month ago)

My son was transferred to LSU / University health being referred for a pulmonary specialist they told us we weren't needing/ or going to seeing any specialist they didn't read his medical records that were forwarded gained over a pound in fluid even after we stated that his fluids had been cut. They didn't listen to the parents not until we're had the head of the nursing staff come in the nurses did better but the doctors were not listening wasn't until I started demanding and getting second opinions on everything to get anything done. This place simply betters society. Students get to learn from doctors and poor people get free health care. Society wins twice. (2 months ago)

Went in for a procedure and everyone was great. Other than a little wait time there was no problem. (2 months ago)

Can’t believe it!!!! When I was in deep pain with my son this past Sunday, they aren’t as supportive as other people say......and Monday after he was born, me and my husband wanted a COUPLE OF HOURS OF F*****G SLEEP BUT NOOOO AND THATS BEYOND THE LINE!!!!!!!! Such a shame....... I feel bad for the other mothers and their babies born natural or csection like I did and having to deal with this bullsh**....I feel really bad for the mothers that had to deal with that 1 nurse in the nursery unit..... The good part is the surgery staff were calm and lead me and hubby thruout the entire thing (a month ago)
