My dad was transferred to this hospital at night & all the nurses were horrible & very rude! It’s horrible to think that going to the ER is bad enough & having rude faculty makes everything worse. There was one doctor that treated him very good & noticed the behavior of the nurses & apologized other then that. Why have nurses that won’t have patience or the desire to help people in their worst moments. (3 weeks ago)

This is a wonderful place everyone is so helpful and positive attitude all around .. (5 months ago)

I had to take my 84 year old Dad to the ER on the 23rd of July for a serious medical problem. The ER staff, from the security staff to the surgeons were a God send!!! My family and I have never been treated so professionally and personally cared for in such a caring and heart felt way. I live 2 1/2 hours away but would pay any price for someone to get me there if I needed medical help!!! (12 months ago)

Went to see a doctor today reguarding pain in my back. First thing ukiah does is check me in and check me out with a conclusion, of bronchitis. I was furious, for they even checked my lungs and their were no fluids. When the nurse came out with my forms to leave, They hand me a child bronchitis, diagnosis form. I knew I didn't have what they diagnosed. They weren't even busy, yet in a rush to diagnose me without even checking out what's going on with me. Still I sit in what it feels like unbearable pain. Aggravated with the fact ukiah hospital never helps me. I had similar symptoms not even a year ago, where I was seen at sutter hospital in lake county. So I decided to receive a second opinion. The service is 10 times more friendly rather than un inviting. They actually heard me out, and could pull up past documents. No bronchitis, however a infection that's inflaming. Which is the reason I'm in pain. (10 months ago)

Amazing nurses and staff, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Very comfortable and caring. (a year ago)
