This hospital is the best of the best I have never seen such professionalism from the Dr's to the janitors.God bless these people! (2 months ago)

Well, it would legit take me a couple days to write a thorough review. First off nobody seems to know anything. The staff seems to wing it, the dr gives the most shortest and unhelpful answers. They don't listen, my gf if vegetarian (I know this isn't a hotel but people have certain needs) and after telling them 4 TIMES I finally had to get rude to get a vegetarian menu so she could eat. They offered a "vegetarian" soup which came with meatballs. This place is a freaking joke. I slammed my finger in the door by accident and the only thing anyone would do is say "do you have insurance? Go down to the ER they can help you" when there a f*****g registered nurse they refused to help unless I give them $ screw this place. Edit* so my gf is in extreme pain, she simply asked for more pain meds, the nurse has the nerve to say "were actually almost completely out of this medicine and we need to ration what's left for the entire hospital" your telling me a HOSPITAL is almost OUT OF STOCK OF MEDICINE!?!? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! (4 months ago)

I delivered my first baby at the children's hospital and I will NEVER go back. I was supposed to be induced in 8-21-17 bht was not called to cpme in until about 11 that night. I was hooked up to everything at about 3 the next morning. I asked for an epidural and has to be given it twice because The guy messed up the first time. They would let the interns try to do something about 4 times before the actual doctors would get them to stop. Worst wxperience I've ever had. I'm definetly going somewhere else for the pregnancy . The hospital staff was horrible they let my pain pump run out three times after major surgery I was in tears and had to wake my husband to come in to the hospital to get help. The room was filthy and there was hair in my food. It was a nightmare. That’s just the beginning of the horrors. They said they would address the issues and now they will not return phone calls. Stay away or risk your life. (9 months ago)

I had surgery and stayed 2 nights at the hospital. The entire staff was caring and courteous and looking out for my comfort and healing. The rooms were calm and soothing and it was an overall positive experience, as much as major surgery can be. (a year ago)
