My father just went through open heart surgery here. Our family could not have been more pleased with the level of care we received. The doctor and nurses are top notch. They went out of their way to keep us informed and answer questions. If you have a major event like open heart surgery I would highly recommend coming here. Our father ended up with some significant additional issues they found once they began the procedure. Everything was fixed and they had him up and walking in less than 24 hours. The medical team here saved his life. Our family is truly thankful. (a week ago)

Excellent ER and staff. Hospitalists are well versed in Emergency Medicine. Admitting staff was great as were the nurses. It was troubling to see so many Non Emergent people at the ER, they should be at Urgent Care Clinics or their doctors, not the ER. (in the last week)

As my Mother has grown older and her medical needs have become more frequent, the need for a reputable, comfortable and convenient hospital have become important factors. TMC checks all those boxes and so much more. Their attention to my Mother is always of the highest quality and the staff is always top drawer. Thank you, TMC, for providing such attentive and superior care. (2 weeks ago)

I only gave one star because I did not have the option to put ZERO stars. DON'T GO HERE repeat If you or a loved one have any choice at all, DO NOT GO HERE! You will regret it if you do. One word describes the attitude and care that you WILL receive, PATHETIC! Absolutely PATHETIC! I would go into details but their are so many other reviews here that say the same thing. The negative reviews are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! I took my wife out of the ER, I just wheeled my wife out right in front of the so called Nurses station and they did absolutely nothing. No questions, nothing. My wife was in pain and crying and there was no way that I was going to allow the PATHETIC TREATMENT to continue. They left her all by herself in a large room in a wheel chair with no way to contact anyone. She is a fall risk and they left her unstrapped in the chair absolutely alone! Over an hour she sat there crying and begging for help and she was IGNORED! TMC, fair warning, it's ON NOW! I will be writing and posting and contacting everyone regarding your PATHETIC TREATMENT you give the hurting and the suffering public who come there for help. You are a hospital for goodness sake, that is what you are there for, to help, to serve, to comfort! Patients Bill of Rights, pure lying BS. You caused my wife pain and grief and trama, well IT'S ON NOW! DESPICABLE, PATHETIC IGNORANT LOWLIFES, you will ANSWER to ALL of us that you have ABUSED! (3 weeks ago)

ER is horrible and terrifying. Sister went in and was stuck there for 4 hours and never got treatment, just gave up and went home to hope her perforated eardrums will heal on their own. Nurses treated them terribly, didn't even offer pain medication for the full 4 hours. Freezing cold waiting room. Another person in the waiting room was having a stroke and waited more than 4 hours, still there when my sister gave up and went home. Can't exactly give up if you have a stroke. Wonder how many people die in their ER waiting room. (in the last week)
