I have only been to the ER once in my life, so my experience is limited, to say the least. I went to Summit at 4am this morning, due to a nasty ankle injury, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I had zero complaints about Summit. I was seen almost immediately and my every need was addressed. Thank you so much. I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Walters, Sara, and Adam. They were absolutely wonderful. Thanks, again! Unfortunately our family has had to visit on four different occasions for three different people over the past three years. Life happens...you just roll with it. TriStar Summit did an admirable job in general. Hopefully you don't catch them when the ER is full...and it frequently is. On our most recent visit we were there about 7 a.m. and they were no where near as full as usual. We got back to a room quickly and the whole experience was great. Thanks so much for taking care of our family. (5 months ago)

One of the worst hospitals ever. 9 hours wait just to have a simple test that took 20 minutes. Patient care is very poor . Just take a look at US Health and News report , an organization that rates hospitals all over the country. Summit Hospital earned between 38-51 points out of 100 on all specialties. There is a reason why patients chose Vanderbilt and other area hospitals. Patient care at Summit is a complete joke. (3 months ago)

Update: Thankyou. I was stressing over my FMLA paper and doctor’s note and everyone was helpful. I can now return back to work. (a month ago)

Great doctors, wonderful nurses. Admitted through ER, stayed both in CCU and regular rooms; had surgery. I got TLC along with fantastic care! (4 months ago)
