I have had my fair share of horrible experiences in hospitals, and was a little apprehensive about letting EMS take me to Summit yesterday because I had never been and didn't really know anything about it. However, when your BP bottoms out while you're a couple months pregnant, ya just roll with things. I was so pleasantly surprised by the kindness of everyone I encountered, the outstanding care I received, and the QUICKNESS of the whole process. The doctor I had, Dr. Archer, was a god send. He was thorough, professional, and so, so nice. My nurse was also extremely sweet and never left me alone for more than ten minutes without checking in on me! They treated me like I was important. ☺️ I ended up okay and seriously considering switching up my entire birth plan now that I know what an AMAZING hospital I have right down the street. THANK YOU, Summit. You have restored my faith in hospitals! (3 weeks ago)

Excellent staff !!! I have nothing but great things to say about the doctors nurses housekeeping dietary and nursing techs .. every person I came in contact with was helpful caring and determined to get me back to feeling strong and healthy. They worked on me knowing I had no insurance. God will make a way. Thank everyone at summit (2 weeks ago)

I recently had knee replacement and was admitted to the Ortho and Spine Center. By far, the most professional, compassionate and kind staff that I have ever encountered. They help make a tough recovery period better. Thank you so much!! (3 weeks ago)

I was reluctant to go to this ER because of the reviews, but I'm glad I did. Dr. Jason Riesinger made me feel very comfortable despite my very uncomfortable and scary situation. He was very informative, quirky, and cheery which helped ease the tension. I honestly couldn't have asked for better care, especially at night when staff might not be as alert. The wait time was reasonable and I have no complaints. The nurses were nice even though the lady at the front desk misspelled my name. It isnt anything I would take away from my overall care. Just a minor mishap. (2 weeks ago)

I have only been to the ER once in my life, so my experience is limited, to say the least. I went to Summit at 4am this morning, due to a nasty ankle injury, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I had zero complaints about Summit. I was seen almost immediately and my every need was addressed. Thank you so much. I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Walters, Sara, and Adam. They were absolutely wonderful. Thanks, again!
