Best experience I've had in an emergency room department, in the entire state of Tennessee. Wait time in the town I live in was 6 hours so I made the drive to Ashland City, and I waited a total of 1 hour, and this included triage, treatment, and check out. I was in severe pain and had a clogged gland in my throat, causing severe swelling. I hadn't slept in days due to the pain and the doctor was just amazing, along with the staff. They immediately gave me a shot of antibiotics and a shot on anti-inflammatory for the pain, along with a couple of scripts and I went home and actually got some rest. I honestly think most of the complaints I'm seeing on here are from people who fail to realize that Cheatham County is currently a cesspool for pill seekers and drug addicts, and these doctors can't just write whatever script you're demanding of them, they have to be careful as to not add to the epidemic. Not everyone is going to have the same experience, but I personally love this hospital. (3 months ago)

I visited the emergency room in the evening. I had almost no wait, and I was quickly assessed and sent on my way. Everyone from the woman at the desk to the nurse and the doctor was professional and courteous. The doctor took the time to answer my questions about different prescriptions that could be used for my condition. (7 months ago)

We were treated great by the staff my son was so nervous and the ultrasound technician Daryl calmed him down and was so patient w us! I had to wait 5 mins max after being registered in. This was our 2nd visit and I feel that you are a patient not just a number like at other bigger hospitals!! I would recommend this to others and will def go back!! My son liked it as well (6 months ago)

I was forced to go to hospital in ambulance when I said I wad fine they threatened to throw me in jail. I have no insurance. I arrived they also forced me to pee an wouldn't let me leave. I tried to leave they called cops an lied said I was being disorderly an that i would go to jail if I didn't stay an pee. I plan to sue. (5 months ago)

The absolute worst healthcare I have ever received. My health declined significantly. My prescriptions were mismanaged, sent to the wrong pharmacy, sent in wrong amounts. The nurse was rude and augmentative. Frequently failed to get the proper records to my referral doctors. Often called with erroneous information about my lab test results. Always blamed someone else whether it was the pharmacy, the referral doctor or myself. When I complained and voiced my dissatisfaction and informed the nurse I would be filing a complaint she reported me as rude and disrespectful and had me dropped from the practice. (6 months ago)
