ED experience superb. Nurse Lara ,, Dr. Batista, Registration staff, Maria, the sweet and caring housekeeper, Paramedic(did not get his name) at front who recognized I needed to be seen. I especially appreciated the kind and caring manner in which I was treated, the attention to my comfort, keeping me informed and maintaining my privacy. You are all so very special. (a month ago)

I am a cancer patient. I have spent many visits at this facility in the ER, for numerous surgeries, for tests, for treatments, for biopsies and most recently as an in patient for just about a week. I went to the RR and was admitted. The staff is always professional and courteous. They are always polite and informative. The facility is always clean yet busy. The food is always good but, for some reason, this time I found it to be exceptional! The blackened halibut was a particular favorite as was the omelettes for breakfast and the chicken Caesar salad for lunch. Each meal came with my choices of side dishes and desserts, keu line pie was probably my favorite. If anyone can give me the recipe for the blackened halibut i would be eternally grateful, as would my daughters so I would stop talking about it! ☺ Also my nurses and their aides were courteous and attentive. There are 2 hospitals now closer to me but I prefer to drive a few extra minutes to go to this facility. Good job to everyone! (2 months ago)

Worse than Bayonet Point. If I could give a zero I would. This"hospital" treated my wife like there was nothing wrong with her. The doctor was rude to her and his nurses. They ran blood work, have all her medical history, blamed her for her condition even though it's not even her fault, and wanted to admit her while treating her like a bad child. My wife is sick with a life threatening condition and needs medical attention, not a hard time because the staff was inconvenienced her presence. The staff at this hospital are unprofessional, insensitive, uncaring, incompetent, and lazy. I will be reporting the doctor, who by the way, has absolutely no business working in the medical field. As a nurse who works for Medical Center of Trinity, I did not expect to be a patient at my own hospital. I would like to thank the staff of 4 East who gave me wonderful care while I was there. Bonnie, Gay, Katie, Sue, Jim, Beau, Danielle, Tryna, Marie and Jennifer were all very kind and attentive. Thank you all so much. (a month ago)

My Aunt was in stage 4 cancer and when I left her on her second night. The nurse left her with no morphine. From 4:28 pm. until 2:33 am. We notified the head nurse who seemed sorry. How much misery my Aunt went threw was neglectful and unforgivable. If you have a loved beware. (2 months ago)
