The nurses are Very rude I have been sitting in a room in the emergency department and haven't been seen once I have been here for almost 2hrs, there is atleast 5 nurses and 3 doctors just sitting at the desk bullshitting and not paying any attention to people waiting to be seen. (2 weeks ago)

Very unfriendly, rude, and condescending staff at the GI clinic when I checked in for a procedure this am. Found out it was delayed, told to come back in 2 hours. Came back was made to feel like an idiot by the Manager of the department because I didn't know that they had cancelled all the procedures like mine for the day. I was told that other people had taken a prep and could do theirs. No apology or acknowledgement that I took off an unpaid day from work, drove an hour to get there, no food or water since midnight, and now have to live with my pain for who knows how much longer. I gave them a chance and never again. The only bright spot was Megan who initially help3ed discuss my fears and who \came out to my car to apologize that I didn't have my procedure. Not her fault, but made me feel better. That's all I wanted. Don't go there!!!!! (9 months ago)

Went in cause of my back, they didn't even x-ray me just figured I was there for drugs as I've had a lot back problems. Did not even look at my back. They looked at like they were discussed and gave drugs and sent me home, no referrals or anything. This has happened to me several times now , but if u don't have state insurance like my wife they treat her totally different, this place is not good please if u go there get a second place to look u over. Not even one star. (10 months ago)

I C

Ended up in the ER with a ruptured appendix. The staff in the ER was prompt, caring and professional. My surgeon was thorough in explanations and very friendly and upbeat. My post surgery care for 4 days was as good as anything I could have asked for. The nursing staff were kind and attentive. The room was clean and the staff always disinfected hands and used rubber gloves before and after contact. (2 years ago)

My thanks to the excellent docs and staff. They helped my mom with a foot while she was in town. They wre real life savers! (a year ago)
