Depending on the Dr depends on care first ER Dr was great change shift next DR was non professional at best. I have severe spinal disease per Specialists that make his degree look like a candy store degree. Never ever go to there ER again. Will be spreading the word on the major fumble on my care. Ya they screwed up big time. Also never put patients in one box I do not take narcotics unless in severe crisis and this was a major crisis. What happened to quality of care. (a week ago)

Very disappointing visit to Tri State Urgent Care. Took my daughter in law in today because she has been throwing up since last night and can not keep anything down. We were informed they couldn’t help us because that can’t prescribe narcotic. We were told to go to the ER. We weren’t going seeking drugs instead we were going to receive medical care. It this normal practice so they can charge more by sending you to the ER? (a month ago)

Terrible nurse's, terrible doctors, terrible wanna be doctors. I have an end stage bladder disease. They treated me like I was just there for pain meds when that was the LEAST of my worries. When I'm passin big blood clots and can hardly stand up, somethin is WRONG. They told me to go home. There's nothing they could do for me. After stabbing me 8 times just to get a blood draw. My arms are so bruised and sore. Please don't go here for ANY KIND OF TREATMENT. You WILL leave in worse condition than in which you came in. (2 weeks ago)

The nurses are Very rude I have been sitting in a room in the emergency department and haven't been seen once I have been here for almost 2hrs, there is atleast 5 nurses and 3 doctors just sitting at the desk bullshitting and not paying any attention to people waiting to be seen. (2 months ago)

Very unfriendly, rude, and condescending staff at the GI clinic when I checked in for a procedure this am. Found out it was delayed, told to come back in 2 hours. Came back was made to feel like an idiot by the Manager of the department because I didn't know that they had cancelled all the procedures like mine for the day. I was told that other people had taken a prep and could do theirs. No apology or acknowledgement that I took off an unpaid day from work, drove an hour to get there, no food or water since midnight, and now have to live with my pain for who knows how much longer. I gave them a chance and never again. The only bright spot was Megan who initially help3ed discuss my fears and who \came out to my car to apologize that I didn't have my procedure. Not her fault, but made me feel better. That's all I wanted. Don't go there!!!!! (11 months ago)
