I delivered our baby last week at Timpanogos hospital. We had decided to go 100% natural and Timpanogos hospital had all the resources to make it an incredible experience. They have a natural birthing suite that includes a large bathtub, which was amazing for pain management. The staff was amazing and readily available. We always felt safe and taken care of. Food was good and always available as well. No matter the time someone was always there to help with baby, breastfeeding etc... Timpanogos made becoming a mom a smooth transition. My husband was well taken care of too. Be both left feeling like we had chosen the Perfect place to deliver our baby. (2 months ago)

Had a beyond fantastic experience delivering my son here. They treated both my wife and baby so well even though it was a busy weekend of deliveries. They supported my wife’s wishes for delivery and worked with us. The baby’s heart beat dropped at one point and we immediately had 8 nurses and two doctors in our room within seconds. Everything was fine, but it gave us great peace of mind knowing how responsive everyone was and that we were in great hands. Couldn’t be happier with the nursing care of Marti, Dakota and Sheryl in Labor and Delivery. Even Kristy the Women’s Center Director was there in scrubs during the middle of the night on a holiday weekend caring for patients. Emily and Julie took amazing care of my wife and baby for two days as they recovered. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was delicious, especially the celebration meal. My wife loved the slushies during labor. So happy we chose Timpanogos to deliver and would recommend the Women’s Center to all expecting moms! (a month ago)

When I got to the front desk the lady didn’t bother to ask for any information and just told me to sit down. I had to ask her to take my information and my doctor’s orders, and she hesitantly took them and told me to take a seat (very unprofessional, and POOR communication). Then I was asked to walk in their offices to get my insurance information into their system (at least 20 minutes). There’s a lot more to my time at this hospital but overall horrible assistance, and at around 6pm everything in the hospital seems dead. No one is there to help you. No one is there to tell you where to go. I had to get blood drawn and 2 x-rays and it took them about 30 minutes after my first x-ray to realize that they forgot to get the other one. Go to a hospital that cares about your health. (3 weeks ago)

Delivered my baby here and the staff in labor and delivery & NICU were great! The staff changes shifts everyday so you work with new people, but for the most part they’re really great to work with, responsive to your needs, and informative. I really appreciated the knowledgeable nurses that helped me with breastfeeding postpartum. Overall great experience delivering my baby there. I had also visited labor & delivery during my pregnancy due to lack of fetal movement and bleeding. I was very impressed with how well the nurses handled my situation and how thorough they were with tests and an ultrasound to assure the baby was okay. Great service! (a month ago)

My wife just delivered our baby here and I was beyond impressed with the staff. Almost all of the nurses here were so kind and did their very best to see to our every want and need. They coached my wife through her labor and were always available if needed. Dr Rees came for the delivery and behind him was a crew of several nurses who seemed 100% prepared for anything that might happen. He performed a small procedure and did his best to cause my wife as little pain and discomfort as possible. Very professional and kind person. I was impressed by the concern and care everyone seemed to have for my wife and new child. It definitely didn't feel like she was just another patient and this was just another baby. It didn't stop after delivery either. The staff continued to check on mother and baby and gave us both excellent resources to help with being new parents. I would highly recommend this hospitals labor and delivery division. Keep up the great work and thanks too all the staff! (2 months ago)
