I delivered our baby last week at Timpanogos hospital. We had decided to go 100% natural and Timpanogos hospital had all the resources to make it an incredible experience. They have a natural birthing suite that includes a large bathtub, which was amazing for pain management. The staff was amazing and readily available. We always felt safe and taken care of. Food was good and always available as well. No matter the time someone was always there to help with baby, breastfeeding etc... Timpanogos made becoming a mom a smooth transition. My husband was well taken care of too. Be both left feeling like we had chosen the Perfect place to deliver our baby. (2 weeks ago)

My wife just delivered our baby here and I was beyond impressed with the staff. Almost all of the nurses here were so kind and did their very best to see to our every want and need. They coached my wife through her labor and were always available if needed. Dr Rees came for the delivery and behind him was a crew of several nurses who seemed 100% prepared for anything that might happen. He performed a small procedure and did his best to cause my wife as little pain and discomfort as possible. Very professional and kind person. I was impressed by the concern and care everyone seemed to have for my wife and new child. It definitely didn't feel like she was just another patient and this was just another baby. It didn't stop after delivery either. The staff continued to check on mother and baby and gave us both excellent resources to help with being new parents. I would highly recommend this hospitals labor and delivery division. Keep up the great work and thanks too all the staff! (3 weeks ago)

Delivered my baby here and the staff in labor and delivery & NICU were great! The staff changes shifts everyday so you work with new people, but for the most part they’re really great to work with, responsive to your needs, and informative. I really appreciated the knowledgeable nurses that helped me with breastfeeding postpartum. Overall great experience delivering my baby there. I had also visited labor & delivery during my pregnancy due to lack of fetal movement and bleeding. I was very impressed with how well the nurses handled my situation and how thorough they were with tests and an ultrasound to assure the baby was okay. Great service! (in the last week)

My teenage son was admitted to the pediatric unit after an ER visit with a mysterious virus. Dr. Dustin Monroe took care of him and we could not have been happier. As a nurse myself, I know that it's pretty rare to find a skilled, talented, and extremely bright physician who also has exceptional bedside manner. Usually you get one or the other. Dr. Monroe was both. He was willing to do whatever it took to make my son more comfortable and treat him well. He made sure we knew that we were working as a team and we could contact him any time with questions. Would give more than 5 stars if we could. Highly recommend. (2 months ago)

The doctors and nurses are great! Super nice and caring. The billing is terrible. It took them 8 months to bill our correct insurance and we had to give them the correct information 6 times. We don't even have a weird insurance provider, they just didn't save the information or something. We kept getting separate bills for things that happened during the same hospital stay and when we called the hospital about the different bills they told us one of them was the correct bill, and they didn't have a record of the other bill. So they told us to disregard that bill. Literally 5 days later we were called asking to pay for the bill that they told us to disregard. Apparently they have a hospital billing and a separate billing service and the type of charge determines who will process that bill. These two billing services don't communicate with each other either, so it was our job to work out their billing discrepancies. It's just a huge mess and I will never go to this hospital again if I can help it. (a month ago)
