I went to this Hospital for outpatient procedures. I provided my insurance information and driver license at the registration. I paid all the bills that they sent to me but for some reason they sent my account to collection without any bills being sent to my home address or notify by the billing department. It turns out that they didnt update my insurance information and my home address therefore my credit score drop 20% because of this careless mistake and irresponsible of the hospital. I will never go back to this Hospital again. If you decided to get treated at this hospital, be aware! The collection stays in my report for 4 years and so my credit score will not recover during this period and I'm very upset and disappointed on how their registration department handle things. I will give a a zero star if I can. I contacted their billing department and they try their best to help me but my credit scores are still low compare to before and I had to take out a loan and end up paying higher interest. Ended up waiting 3.5 hours for a scheduled appointment to see a doctor for all of 5 minutes. Was continuously told it'd be just 20 more minutes or that I was the next person in line several times. People came and left before me. On a previous occasion the Dr. got my prescription wrong and was unreachable until my follow up appt. One month later. Awful awful awful. I've been to planned parenthoods that were cleaner and more professional. (2 months ago)

The ED Dr.'s Dr. Piverger and Majumdar are the greatest, RN's John, Gay and Sergio are fantastic. I have a brain aneurysm and got extremely ill, they got me stabilized and took fantastic care of me so I could get to my PCP. The head of the ED Dr. Goldstein is the greatest.. Love these guys!! I was rushed here Wednesday July 11th after passing out at school and I needed to use the bathroom and told a crisis worker that cane into my room and she went to go get the nurse to unhook me but instead of her coming in I had to drag the whole IV like with me and I was very dizzy. They poked me 4 times before getting a IV in and draw blood. The nurse also only came in a couple times when I first got there and didn't come back until it was time to be discharged and the nurse also never gave me the nurses button. I have been trying to get the records to give to my primary doctor and they are giving me an extremely hard time. (in the last week)

I had an appointment with a doctor here a couple weeks ago. The doctor was using completely out of date information for feminine care (thought pap smears should happen once a year, didn't know modern breast exam practices). She also didn't know what PTSD or psychosomatic meant. I should not be more educated than the doctor who's supposedly licensed to help me. (a month ago)
