I went to this Hospital for ultra sound and other procedures. I provided my insurance information at registration. I paid all the bills that they sent to me but for some reason they sent my account to collection without any bills being sent to my home or notify by the billing department. My credit score drop 20% because of this bogus mistake and responsibility of the hospital. I will never go back to this Hospital again. If you decided to get treated at this hospital, be aware! The collection stays in my report for 4 years and so my credit score will not recover during this period and I'm very upset and disappointed on how their financial department handle things. I will give a a zero star if I can. (a week ago)

Ended up waiting 3.5 hours for a scheduled appointment to see a doctor for all of 5 minutes. Was continuously told it'd be just 20 more minutes or that I was the next person in line several times. People came and left before me. On a previous occasion the Dr. got my prescription wrong and was unreachable until my follow up appt. One month later. Awful awful awful. I've been to planned parenthoods that were cleaner and more professional. (in the last week)

I went here for a colonoscopy and thought it was a decent experience. The only problem I encountered was that they handed me an orange juice after the procedure and I dropped it. Sorry but it is probably not a good idea to give someone a cup of liquid while they are still waking up from being drugged. The nurse sort of made me feel bad that I dropped it. Still, I have to say I was pleased with the overall experience for an outpatient procedure. (a month ago)

DO NOT GO HERE! I have been seeing Dr. Gordon for the past 3 years and she has been fine, but the staff here is just horrible. I had to switch doctors due to my insurance (honestly thank god I don't have to go here anymore) and I called simply to have my information faxed over to my new doctor and they said I had to do this in writing... It is 2018, I have never had some request that I do this from switching doctors in the past. When I asked for who and where I had to send this into writing I was told 2 different things by 2 different people. I also asked how I would get confirmation that they have actually sent my info they said "you just have to trust us" but thats the thing; I DO NOT TRUST THEM with anything. Please avoid this place at all cost for your own sanity. (2 months ago)

My mother and my daughter are patient's of Dr. Hunniford they love him so much. He is caring, thoughtful and understanding. He always makes them feel like they are his favorite. I feel comfortable knowing they are in good hands. My mothers numbers are amazing and is in the best shape she has ever been in. IF you need a doctor I highly recommend Dr. Hunniford. Him and his nurse Nancy are the best thing this hospital has going for them. (a month ago)
