My 88 year old Dad was at emergency room last night due to a fall. The waiting room was packed but you would have never know that based on how quickly they cared for my dad. Every staff member that helped my dad was OUTSTANDING. They treated him kindly and respectfully. A special shutout to Dr. Goldberg. She was amazing!!! She took every precaution but luckily he had just a broken rib. I feel so blessed to have such an amazing hospital close by. Thank you all for your gentle and loving care. ❤️ (3 months ago)

ER is extremely slow and they use different stages to deter people from getting angry or realizing theybhave been here forever. The food is amazing tho. And the staff besides the ER were fantastic. The ER doctor is over worked and only manages patients at the beginning. He is quite young which usually doesn't mean much but in his case he could have used more years experience before being put in charge (a month ago)

Went to the Fain medical building for day surgury simple hernia patch. From the moment I drove up to the extremely friendly free valet service it was one really nice and helpful person after another. Made the whole experience most memorable. Although I hope not to go back anytime soon (4 months ago)

I called because I received back to back calls at 6am and called the operator to find out if any one I knew was there she had an attitude and kept repeating that I couldn't find out who called even though there's a patient registry department and I just wanted to make sure that someone in my family wasn't hurt. I wouldn't send a mangy mut here #stophiringdropouts (a month ago)

I'm a resident and all the employees of this hospital park all down my street leaving my disabled neighbor unable to park and myself with young child unable to park. The residents get tickets but not the employees who consistently park here. I guess I will be having these cars towed at owners expense. (2 months ago)
