Was having a heart attack and couldn't get anyone to come out of the ER to help...finally after a few minutes of banging on the door they rushed out to help but afterwards I sat there 4 hrs. waiting for an ambulance to transfer me to BG ... ambulance wasn't sure if they had to go out on a call or not...that was the hold up...ridiculous!! Got much better care in Bowling green! (3 months ago)

Possibly worst Medical Center in Kentucky. Know of someone who died due to their incompetence because staff doesn't have a clue what's going on. Stop at Rite Aid instead, you'll get better service. (5 months ago)

Was taken here after a wreck. The ER did essentially nothing- gave us bandaids and sent us a massive bill. My passenger broke his hand and they wrapped it wrong, he might have to have surgery to fix it. We both left with broken glass in our shoes and hair, I had glass still lodged in my feet and hands. WORST ER EVER. Seriously if you are awake enough to choose where your ambulance goes you would get better treatment at a Walgreens. This place is a joke. (9 months ago)

This hospital is worthless my granny went there last night and they sent her home and told hsr to follow up with her doctor. So my brother in law took her to bowling green the same night and found out she has pneumonia.....great job medical center for NOT TELLING her she has pneumonia (10 months ago)
