Location and Directions

I am preparing to go back for another procedure. Once again, I am so impressed with the minimal wait times, the courtesy/efficiency of the staff, and the the cleanliness of the facility. I have complete faith in Dr. Gordon's skilled hands. We said a prayer together prior to my last procedure and I am sure we will again. He wrote a book that is so encouraging to read while on the mend. I can't say I have enjoyed living with chronic back pain. I can say it is much easier to tolerate when being around such a professional staff. Also 5 stars to Precision Spine Care in Tyler and in Texarkana. (2 months ago)

This is an excellent facility. The staff were knowledgably, attentive, kind and very prompt through the entire process. My husband had his disc replacement surgery done within 3 months of his initial appointment. They have a very efficient surgery process which keeps the family constantly notified as to how the surgery is going, etc. Dr. Andy Redmond is an amazing doctor with an excellent bedside manner. My husband was pain free immediately upon waking from his surgery. I would refer anybody with serious back issues to this facility. (a month ago)

Watch your bills! Firstly local Dr's use this place to do their injections - that normally can be done in office for 400.00 via most insurance. They bill upwards of 9K hospital feels and such. They will charge you for things they do not do like putting you under and 'surgery' that never happen. Insurance fraud - they are being reported by our insurance company as we speak. (a week ago)

Excellent experience!!! Every staff member I dealt with was so nice and helpful!! Nurses were awesome, very thorough and obviously knew their job and all support staff right down to the custodian were super friendly and just great!!! The hospital was clean and up to date and the room was not large but a decent size and nice. The hospital food here was absolutely wonderful!!!! I was so surprised at the how good my western omelette was!!! I really have nothing but good to things to say about my entire experience from pre-op to finish!!! Love love love Dr. Russell and his crew!!!! Thanks to all and God bless!!! (11 months ago)

The admission clerks were really nice. They were really information towards my son while he was waiting for my procedure to be done. They were very informative to me in what was going to be done.. Very nice place and clean faculty.. (11 months ago)
