I was transported by ambulance to this facility. My stay throughout the night mostly just consisted of me by myself in the room with no doctor coming in or nurses. The doctor that did see me was incredibly rude and arrogant. The doctor even seemed to take joy in my pain. The best part of the whole experience was when I was discharged they had lost my wallet and keys. They could find one bag of mine which had my pants and shirt in it and I guess they could not find the other bag which had my shoes, my wallet, and my keys. So I've had to go through the hassle of getting a new drivers license, new credit cards, new debit card, new social security card, and new keys for my house. Thanks Texas Health. (3 weeks ago)

I gave birth here in April on a Saturday. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a hospital to deliver! You can definitely tell that the nurses who work here love their job. We had a lot of nurses tend to me and my baby throughout our stay and all of them were wonderful. (a month ago)

My daughter just had a baby and US Anesthesia gave a bill 0f 8000 dollars now discounted to 3000 if I pay cash.i offered to pay 1500 but was turned down. What is so surprising was that this was a normal delivery that lasted only 12 hours. we got prior information as to all other charges. why not this one? Should one not have an idea as to what epidoria will cost before administering it to the patient. Am really disappointed that this christian hospital will put us through this experience. How can I settle such a huge bill for a normal delivery after paying over 15000 dollars for other services. Am in a financial nightmare. because of this. (a month ago)

Labor and delivery floor was great! The nurse was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. When baby is born, they do everything in the room so you can be there to see the baby! There’s a couch and chair for those who are with you or visiting. Once you’re all set, they move you to another floor which is a little smaller but has a pull out chair for a guest to sleep on. My husband and I were given a steak and lobster complimentary meal the night we had our baby.. it was a nice gesture but it’s still hospital food! You can order food whenever you’re hungry and they’ll bring it to you. The nurses were all so nice and accommodating. They do come in every hour for something so when they say “get some rest” they really don’t mean it lol. I stayed one night and left despite them saying I should stay for two. There was just no way I could handle another night being checked on every hour! I know it’s necessary but we were fine and ready to go :) All in all, great labor and delivery at this hospital! I would go back again if I have another baby. (4 months ago)
