I wanted to share my experience and please take it into consideration before having your wife/ daughter deliver the baby here. We had our baby on this facility, staff were great. the only thing that keep us not to go back is that after my wife delivered the baby, all recovery rooms were taken so they kept us in the delivery room for 13+ hours! Imagine after your love one deliver the baby and need a better bed to recover but she had to stay on the delivery bed for 13 hours! They billed us everything! even my insurance paid more than what they charged, they still billed us more and saying that it is the amount that the insurance want us to pay. it does not make any sense. Avoid if you don't want your love one experience what we went through. (3 weeks ago)

That’s the only picture I’m going to show when I was at this hospital recently. However I find this hospital unlike most reviews about this one, to be an incredible place that really helped save my life by bringing up my spirits and the nurses were just absolutely incredible after my surgery last year when I lost my kidney. They were understanding about all my discomfort throughout my body and were very very understanding and kind about having so much family there including an emotional support dog. The emergency room when I went recently in 2018 did not take very long however they of course were rude at the front desk. However once you get past that area and get to the nurses and to the doctors, they are all sincere and genuine and took great care of me I’m very thankful for this place. I also enjoyed the friendliness and had a little crush on one or two of the nurses while I was there but unfortunately I had my abs cut open so not much luck there but there just a great place overall I even went back afterwards when I recovered to tell them all thank you on that floor that I stayed on and to bring them flowers. I wish there was a zero star. I had to rush my dad here for (to the ER like at 1am) severe pain in his thigh not even 24 hours after surgery (screaming in pain) and they took their sweet ass time and not putting forth any effort and basically told my dad that they couldn't really give him anything. Only gave him like minimum pain relief which did nothing. Terrible hospital!!!! Never come here, pointless!!! (a month ago)

Have had 2 bad experiences here in the past but needed an in network ER so decided to try them again. The nurse that checked me in had no personality and was not helpful. Waited about an hour for a room to open up. Check in nurse led me to a room without looking at me or doing anything that conveyed some level of care or interest. Once in a room she instructed me on changing clothes BUT even though she knew my leg needed to be elevated, she did nothing to adjust the bed accordingly (My wife had to do that). Once we got into a room the care was prompt and good. The nurse, sonogram technician, and physician all treated me as I would hope and things were done in timely manner. (2 months ago)

I wish there was a zero stars option...On the behalf of my family and I, we will never ever go here ever again. My dad waited in the E.R for HOURS, they never treated him, gave him pain medication, or administer any fluids, for HOURS. We finally were moving my dad up to his room (which wasn't even ready for him and we had to wait for them to clean it) there was barely anyone on the floor. There was no communication between the E.R staff and the floor where our room was. My dad was clearly in immense pain and the nurse took 45 minutes to enter in the information we already filled out in the E.R. (My dad has a certified service dog) My dads service dog was peacefully laying on the bed next to him to provide him comfort, and the first thing the nurse said when she walked in our room was, "I don't do dogs" and left. There was SEVERE lack of leadership skills, communication, and medical skill that could result in a liability issue or loss of someones family member in the future. I am very very upset by the experience my family and I experienced here and will CERTAINLY not be visiting this hospital ever again. Every experience I have ever had here has been extremely poor and I ADVISE TO WHOEVER THAT IS SEEKING MEDICAL TREATMENT TO VISIT ELSEWHERE. In my personal opinion, if you are a medical professional, your JOB is to help people and to treat people for the symptoms they have immediately, the person in pain should not have to wait for HOURS on end to receive treatment. How would you feel if this was your family member? Very disappointed by what I witnessed at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Flower Mound... I called in to complain, I was promised a call back from the director, never got a call... (5 months ago)
