Changing my review to a 3 star review from my original 1 star. Although there was no sense of urgency while my hubby was in so much pain and we were the only ones in the waiting room... we did have 1 good nurse that was attentive and we were billed a decent amt...not like Baylor who performed the same procedures yet billed up more than 10 times (a week ago)

Went to the ER with severe pain. Waited for about 2 hours. They had multiple traumas come in, so that's understandable. Once in fast track, they quickly gave me meds, ordered a CT, and diagnosed me with a kidney stone and infection. Nurse Stacy was the best! She made sure I was as comfortable as could be. All but one of the people that I interacted with wished me good luck and to feel better. (a month ago)

I must say this has been an extremely smooth and pleasant experience my husband(patient) & I have endured lately with medical professionals. My husband was very recently discharged after having a total hip replacement. Rarely do you find genuinely kind and caring people anymore, esp medical personnel dealing w/semi-cranky patients and spouse. I admit that I hold most to a high standard of “customer service.” Whether it’s myself or family member that’s the “customer.” My husband is more understanding/forgiving than I am. There was not a single employee or volunteer that we encountered during his stay that gave less than “5 ⭐️ service.” It’s been a very long time since I have had an experience like we just had! Thank you to every person who cared for my husband! Blessings (a month ago)

First time here in the emergency and my wait to see the nurse for vitals was about 30 minutes. Wait for a room to open up and see the doctor afterwards was three hours. Busy place this day. Friendly and helpful staff, from IV Tech, CT Scanner Tech, Dr. Davis and billing clerk. All aware of my wait time and keeping my in the loop. I hope I don't have to visit again... but at least I know I'm in his hands! (2 months ago)

My daughter n law and son had their baby girl here April 17th and the Dr and nurses were excellent! They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions! A beautiful first time experience for them so thank you labor, delivery and nurses after birth for the excellent care! (a month ago)
