The doctor didn’t do anything to help. He acted careless. Wanted to say how I felt. What a waste of time. Not to mention I don’t have health insurance. Dr Nathan Edman something like that was the doctor that night. My family doctor helped out way more. But I don’t plan to go back especially if it’s the same doctor. I have something serious my family doctor said and need to get tests done while the ER doctor diagnosed me with a UTI. Acting like he knew and could feel my pain, no. Careless and just sent me home. I would choose a different hospital . Nurse were nice, however the overall room service and quality was not a good experience. You are paying thousands of dollars per night and can t even get a proper comfortable secondary guest bed to sleep on. The thermostat for the room didn't work right at all and it was freezing for my new born. They had to change us finally after many request . Just save your self the head ache and choose a different place . Now .. They are are going to write a reply asking me to contact them . Contact them for what? If you cared so much about bad reviews and unhappy customers , you would have better staff and better customer service experience overall. (2 months ago)

My first kid was born and the overall experience was very nice. Staff was nice and Pediatrician from Cook Children's across the street were excellent. Thank You (in the last week)

I want to compliment the staff of doctors and nurses in the ER, Cardiac Step Down, ICU especially, and the Comfort Care departments that worked to try to save my husband's life in late December after a major cardiac event. The whole team was amazing. They tried everything they could to save him. The care was compassionate, efficient and concerned. They consulted with my husband and me every step of the way. Unfortunately my husband passed but not without a heroic effort of all staff to save him. Thank you. I also was allowed to stay with my husband in his room day and night. The nurses made sure I was comfortable.. This was time with him that I will always treasure. (4 months ago)

The worst nurses ever yesterday!!! Jennifer made go all day without pain meds telling me my stone was tiny it shouldn't hurt that could for a Tylenol!!!!THEN MY NIGHT TIME NURSE GAVE MY MEDS AND IT WORKED LOWERING MY BLOOD PRESSURE AND MY PAIN LEVEL SLEPT ALL NIGHT !!!THEN DR Patel said had blood in my urine and called Dr. Howe or Howell the urologist which ordered a ivp.which I passed a small piece of a stone in radiology had techs look at it!!!Then went to room was asked for another piss test which my nurse told him there was no blood in my urine!!without sending it to lab!!!She should be fired along with Jennifer and Dr.Howell they are a joke in my eyes I wish could share the pain with all of them!!!!
