I spent a couple days on the 4th floor after the emergency room for internal bleeding around my stomach area last month. It was the most comfortable stay I ever experience in a hospital. The rooms were very nice and the nurses care exceptional, and to top it off the meals where great, nothing one would expect in a hospital. Thank you HEB! (a week ago)

I appreciate the kind, considerate, and observant African American RN who tended to my wife during our stay at this facility. She listened to her concerns; she did research on our questions; and she made sure she treated my wife on a holistic level. I recommend that when you go here, ask for Stephanie in the OBGYN ward. She made our experience here at HEB hospital pleasurable and serene. I will give this facility five stars when the facility is capable of cloning Stephanie. (a month ago)

I had a nurse who wouldn't document the details of my mental illness and symptoms truthfully so I left. There is too much of this falsehood and injustice in falsifying mental health records. Texas criminalizes mental illness. most of the people documenting these events have already left these places possessing sensitive information about patients due to high turnover rate and the people typing could care less about being accurate. My first kid was born and the overall experience was very nice. Staff was nice and Pediatrician from Cook Children's across the street were excellent. Thank You (a month ago)

The doctor didn’t do anything to help. He acted careless. Wanted to say how I felt. What a waste of time. Not to mention I don’t have health insurance. Dr Nathan Edman something like that was the doctor that night. My family doctor helped out way more. But I don’t plan to go back especially if it’s the same doctor. I have something serious my family doctor said and need to get tests done while the ER doctor diagnosed me with a UTI. Acting like he knew and could feel my pain, no. Careless and just sent me home.
