Location and Directions

This ER is horrible. Long wait times and you get shoved in a room just to wait even longer. Was there over 2 hrs before being seen. I would drive to another ER but I would also like an ER in my town worth my time. Especially when it comes to my children. (3 weeks ago)

I came in with excruciating pain, due to complications of gall bladder removal, from the day before. I was out of my head with pain, scolded by a doctor and nurse, told there was nothing to be done, that it was just nerve pain, and to roll from side to side, and breathe. The doctor told me to be quiet, that I was disturbing the other patients, and I was treated like someone just looking for pain pills. I got there very early, but my family was told that my surgeon could not be reached. They just assumed since I am under a Dr care for pain management, that I just wanted pain pills and treated me very disrespectfully . Even when I finally was given a room, the nurses were assuming I was an addict. When Dr Frano finally was contacted and got there, she took me back to surgery and drained a lot of blood. Nobody was paying attention to why I was there. They just didn't want to help me, but my daughter and husband intervervened. Very shoddy service from start to finish. Even the ambulance attendants did not seem concerned and I pretty much was ignored by them. I was blamed for my condition by the staff on duty that morning, and by the nurses who were supposed to be taking care of me. (a month ago)

ER sucks but is improving the rest of the hospital is great. I'm in there a lot unfortunately and I've gotten used to it. (2 weeks ago)

I took my seven-month-old daughter here because she was running a very high fever her pediatrician dismissed it and said it was just teething but I knew better. I was immediately taken in and seen and she was diagnosed with bronchiolitis. I was very happy with the services we received the staff and Dr. were very friendly and explained everything. Doctor Joshua A Egly is a credit to his profession and any ER is fortunate to have him in their employment. He not only did an excellent job suturing up my arm, he was kind and considerate. Kindness, professionalism and skill isn't something you always have the blessing of meeting as far as ER doctors go... or not in my experience. Thank you, Doctor Joshua! Thank you to the sweet lady that confirmed all of my information in the system, Angelica, you're a sweetheart! Emily Arnold (6 months ago)
