I am highly disappointed with the service I received at the ER on 7/03/18. The doctor asked if I would like skin glue or stitches for a deep cut on my finger. Obviously I would prefer the glue option, but looking back that choice should not have been given. The thorough cleaning before the glue consisted of ME washing my hands in the sink. The glue did not last 2 hours before the cut opened up. I was charged $300 and told that the doctor would bill me additional later. I called the ER asking what to do and was told I could come back but I would have to pay $300 again! So basically I paid for nothing because I was left to clean and treat the cut myself. I would not recommend this ER to anyone. (in the last week)

I went to the emergency room. Very friendly stuff. It did took some time until they saw me and I understand since my condition it was not as severe as others. Nurse Ashley and Dr Allen treatment me with respect and friendliness. They make sure I have everything I needed before I left. Thank you. (2 weeks ago)

***PROCEED WITH UTMOST CAUTION*** First of all I would like to say that my experience was at the ALLIANCE location, but since the overarching company is where the gaffes are taking place here I go. This office will have you calling your insurance, their offices, and any number of other collection agencies. I visited the ER with regard to a broken rib, of which the doctors were unable to give any help. Just an X-ray and prescription for 10 Hydrocodeine will run you in excess of $1,000 to me personally in addition to the money paid by my provider. If the inflated costs of sub-par service are enough for you, then realize that the accounts billing department will be sending your information to collections without so much as ever contacting you! Throw in the fact that they had been paid, both the original amount AND a 're-negotiated' agreement amount filed a month later, you will spend hours of time on the phone explaining the situation to people who seemingly don't care about your 'problem' ad nausea. I can't ever recall such a boondoggle of "service" and certainly pay all my bills, on time and in full. I can assure that after my experience at the ER, I was assured by the attending doctor that all billing would be clear and concisely completed. Couldn't be further from the truth. 90 days later and countless hours of my time later, the issues still remain unresolved and Texas Medical Resources has been unhelpful to say the least. I will be consulting an attorney about the wanton abuse perpetrated by these jackals. (3 weeks ago)

What an AMAZING experience from the WONDERFUL staff at this hospital! My dad was rushed to the ER with CHF and was admitted and stayed for a week. EVERYONE was AWESOME! They were SO attentive to my dad and he was pulled back from the brink of death. They not only provided UNMATCHED care to my dad, I even felt comfortable leaving him in the evenings in their care. Once he was at a therapeutic level, they then educated us and gave us SO much information to take care of him and avoid hospital visits. They prescribed life-saving medication and were honest, direct and INCREDIBLY caring. My mum, dad and I would like to THANK all the staff that attended to Mr Rocha and would HIGHLY recommend this hospital to anyone! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU and keep up the INCREDIBLE job you are all doing! You’re AMAZING!! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ God BLESS you ALL!! πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ (a month ago)

I called the Alliance location this morning for questions and concerns after calling numerous urgent cares and doctors in my area. (They did not accept my insurance and couldn't help me.) I am 6 weeks pregnant and the side of my face and glands under my jaw are beginning to swell. I do not yet have a primary physician and the dentist is not able to get me in for another week. I know a lot of places aren't able to help in this situation, so I wanted to call before wasting a day at the ER for no reason. When the woman answered, I began to explain my situation, but before I could even finish my sentence, she cut me off and said, "We can't give you medical advice over the phone." I was in shock of how quickly and rudely she stated this as I was not seeking medical advice. I was just wanting to know if the ER was a liable option for my insurance and situation. Hesitantly, I asked, "is this a good option/would the ER be able to help me?" and she responded, "if you feel you need to come in, come in." I sat again in shock and said, "ookayy, " in confusion. She then giggled, which made me furious and I hung up in anger. None of the other places I called today were rude or made me feel that it was an annoyance just for calling. I am not one to post about bad experiences online, but I am a customer service representative myself and would never want someone with concerns about their health to feel this way after just one phone call. I am so angered by this interaction and will continue calling around elsewhere until I can find help for this pain. (3 weeks ago)
