Location and Directions

My daughter came for surgery here and everyone was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The center is clean, well maintained and is located right off the highway. The paintings speak to me and the decor is very nice. I had a cozy chill spot in the waiting area and the seating was very comfortable. They also had complementary coffee, pastries and cell phone ch arguing station. (in the last week)

No one really expects to get breast cancer, but when you do, it has to be addressed. Remarkable about this hospital is how well staffed they are. I had to get up multiple times the night after surgery (IV fluids in; IV fluids out!), and every time I called, I got an immediate response from the nursing station and assistance came right after. They had a liaison in the waiting room to assist family members, and all the people in radiology, and in the pre-op and post-op rooms were wonderful and encouraging. My husband was able to stay over in the room with me and he got quite cold (11 degrees outside) during the night when the thermostat didn't respond, so staff changed us to another room. I was bundled up like a cocoon in the hospital bed and was fine. The food was good, but I'd like to recommend they put some chicken vegetable soup on the menu - something between an all liquid diet and a plate of food - I had trouble swallowing that first night with the regular food, and the extra liquid would have helped. All around a good experience - well organized hospital, well staffed with lots of good people. (6 months ago)

The best place to get surgery done hands down! The nurses are so nice and make you feel comfortable, it was a great experience :) (4 months ago)

Surgery is never fun. The staff here helped with my anxiety and made my experience wonderful. If I ever have to have another procedure done I would not hesitate to return to this facility. I felt like a person and not a number. Each professional took there time with me and my family. We didn’t feel like a number or a “job”. I would love to list each person by name however my memory with the medication i was on isn’t so great. Every person from the Janitor to the doctor and everyone in between were great. I wished there was an award I could put each and everyone in for as they deserve it. As a health care professional myself these employees are great examples for others. (9 months ago)

The care my husband received here was wonderful. But the 5 stars are especially for the front desk staff where you check in. Three weeks after his procedure we unexpectedly had to have a revision done. We showed up to check in and they could not find us in the system. They calmly asked we give them a minute to see what the glitch was. Very quickly they provided us with a map and reassurance that we had plenty of time to get to the right hospital. Apparently in our frazeled state we has not registered the doctor was at a different facility that day. The ladies at the check in desk we're so professional. They never made us feel stupid and had a solution before we even knew we had a problem. I would like to thank them personally but of course I did not notice their names as we rushed out to find the correct hospital. (9 months ago)
