I went to Tennova ER on Sat 6/23 and had a excellent experience. I had an accident while hiking and needed stitches due to a large cut to my lower leg. The check-in process was very efficient and they moved me into Fast Track within 10 minutes. Jenny PA was exceptional. She thoroughly cleaned the wound while explaining what she was doing. She also did a beautiful job of stitching up the wound. She was exceptionally patient and answered all my friends' questions during the entire procedure. Through the entire experience I felt comfortable and cared for. My room and the area we traveled though was very clean. I don't understand the number of negative reviews on this site and the rumors I've heard about this place. I did not find this hospital to be less than like I would have expected from what I've heard. Oh, I don't want to forget to mention Hayden Patient Access Specialist. While gathering my personal info and insurance details, though he was efficient and to the point, his touch of humor made our evening. Based on my experience I would recommend this hospital if yo are in this area and need care. (3 weeks ago)

Came to At at 4am with chest pain was seen with by docs put in a ER room & had another attack at 6am NO STAFF would come when called by call button or open door & yelling . They were too busy in the hall. There are a few Great staff. But place needs closed (a week ago)

I've never been treated with so much disrespect. I came to the ER two times in a dsy, pregnant and in unbearable pain from a spinal injury, and was treated like complete garbage. Then I was given a prescription that couldn't be filled without the verbal authorization of the Dr who wrote it and they would not contact him to do so because he was off work for the day. I was suffering tremendously and they basically just shrugged it off. So callous and uncaring. I would rather make the drive to Chattanooga in the future. (a week ago)

Tennova ER is definitely going down hill. Erlanger building in Cleveland is an amazing idea!! Tennova new Herding patients system is an epic fail!! They are seriously shoving 4 patients in one room calling it a results waiting room. The pct dropped everything in the floor then picked it all up and continued drawing blood. Even with me saying how unsanitary that is. They cant keep up with patients because they move them from room to room. Nurses are asking patients where other patients are at. How should we know. That's your job. You should know you just took them to xray.... This is the most unorganized chaos I have ever seen! I will definitely keep driving and go to Chattanooga next time. It will be well worth the drive. Tennova you need to get it in gear! (a month ago)

Went there and got treated like garbage by third shift er staff, wholooked dumbfounded when they found out they'd actually have to admit me due to extremely low hemoglobin levels because i needed blood. They were followed hp by an extremely helpful staff on the next shift, and a most helpful Dr. Flores who had a precise and thorough plan for testing to find where this blood was being lost. He and the nurses in the icu took my medical issues very seriously. Then came thenext Dr .Who cancelled one of the most important tests to my specific case because he assumed it must be related to heavy cycles. However stull insisted on keepimgfor another night with absolutely no plan for thenext day except to take more blood. Ileft against mexical advice. I'll followup with primary carewho clearly takes my health needs more seriously, and if i have to go to the hospital for any other issues i will be driving the extra time to Chattanooga. Tennova cant seem to stay on the same page with a patients health which leads to non thorough treatment and missed medical issues that could lead to more serious issues (a week ago)
