Love this smaller, hometown atmosphere. Don't get me wrong. This is a modern medical center, a member of the large Tennova Healthcare network. It's a cheerful and happy atmosphere in which every employee I've dealt with has been very friendly and accommodating. They frequently remember you, your name and will sometimes even ask you about things that they remember about you from a previous visit. I will have to say that this experience is ' par for the course ' anywhere you go in this community. (3 weeks ago)

I had a test ran twenty days ago, was over charged $150.00 and had asked prior to testing for a estimate of expenses. No one could provide one, the person I spoke with just complained about my insurance company wanting an estimate when it was me wanting to know how much I need to pay. I still haven't received my test results . It was a heart test. If I had a problem I would have died by now. So I guess I'm ok. Who knows? (in the last week)

My son had surgery at JMH this morning. All of the staff treated us extremely well. The nurses in day surgery checked on me while I was waiting. His OR nurse called a couple of times to let me know how it was going and I spoke with the surgeon three times. (3 months ago)

Went to the emergency room at 2:00 am for treatment of a dog bite. They saw me immediately and the nurse and doctor were very nice and professional. They took as much time as necessary explaining things and answering any questions. (2 months ago)

On May 25th, 2017 I was taken to the ER for chest pains. I was taken back and seen as soon as I got there and the Nurses and Doctor was very professional, nice and attentive. They made me feel at ease right away. I was admitted and the chest pain was a blood clot in my lung. I was there over night and released at 6pm the next day. I had excellent care and My daughter spent the whole time with me and was treated great too. Thank you to everyone that took care of me. You made me very comfortable (11 months ago)
