Currently waiting in the Er going on hour 6. My husband and I have watched the Er fill up and empty 3 times. Currently the Er is filled again. I asked twice about the long wait and they are waiting for a room to be cleaned 3 hours ago. I asked again an hour ago and got the same response. She said I see a lot of discharges so they should have your husband back soon... still nothing 3 hours later. If I could give 0 stars I would. (2 weeks ago)

Please go elsewhere! This hospital is terrible! I asked for financial assistance and they sent my bill straight to a lawyer to sue me. They were in the wrong in the first place. I have contacted the joint commission about my case. Long story short my 2 year old ended up with MRSA a deadly infection! Stay away! (2 weeks ago)

If you like crying in misery alone in a dirty ER waiting room floor like an idiot in front of god and everyone else for 4 or 5 hours until you can pass your own kidney stone, this is the place for you! Told them I was leaving because the stone had passed and they said "oh we have a room now". No thanks. Also got to hear the charge nurse yell at another nurse for "walking too fast" while transferring gunshot victim in a wheelchair from the front door to the back. (in the last week)

If you have to go to the E.R. do not let it be an "emergency" and set aside plenty of hours in waiting time. Just rolled TEN and HALF HOURS here in the E.R. waiting room because the staff said the process needed to start over again from triage due to a "miscommunication". I found that hard to believe until I read others' reviews mentioning the lack of communication skills from and/or amongst the E.R. staff or just overall lack of focus on patient care. Simply put, if you must go to an Emergency Room, consider this, a drive to Nashville may be an hour or so, but you may survive, or may at least be better off. Godspeed. (2 months ago)

Got a bad severe cut on my finger and reluctantly went to the ER because I was concerned about it becoming infected. I was hesitant because of the fear of the bill I would get. Sure enough it was high... over $1,400.00 just to look at it, clean it, put on a small bandage... something I could have done at home! What a joke! Never make that mistake again! (2 months ago)
