Gone to the emergency room today at takoma... I must say, this is the worst health care facility I’ve ever experienced. Patient care is definitely not their priority here. This is the second time I’ve walked out due to their incompetence. Shame you takoma, I would never recommend your facility to even a dying person. I’m also a patient of their group but, no more. I will go to the records dept. and take my files. Most importantly unprofessional group of individuals I have been very met. Shame on you takoma (a month ago)

This poor hospital has the worst billing department ever. Please take my strong advice: get a receipt every time you pay a bill with anything associated with Takoma. (a month ago)

I was hung up on by the charge nurse today, hopefully the supervisor will follow up as promised. I was not rude in the sightless to anyone. I was extremely surprised, especially from asking from the beginning if she was busy - to which she had said, "no." I was just asking for information. I took my baby daughter here years ago and they were terrible, almost gave her a dose of antibiotics way too soon, and while I was asleep, they were just going to give a shot while i was asleep and they were wrong and I caught it, it could've caused her damage. That stupid nurse even accused me of child abuse over mosquito bites, seriously. My grandmother also got a bad infection (staf) from here over a hip replacement and it ended up killing her. I hate this hospital and would avoid it at all costs. (2 months ago)

I truly believe this is the worst hospital in the world. I almost solely blame Tacoma Regional Hospital for the death of my daughter. She would have been 6 yrs old today, but because the morons at Tacoma insured me my daughter would be fine to have prematurely at this hospital were completely wrong. I was hospitalized for nearly 2 weeks while they tried to stop my labor so they had plenty of time to send me somewhere more equipped to deal with a preemie. When my daughter was born late one evening no one even called a pediatrician to come check her out. By the time that the Pediatrician got there the next morning my sweet angel was hypoxic. She looked like she has bruises all over her extremities. The pediatrician contacted UT Hospital and they transferred her via NICU bus to the University of Tennessee Medical Center NICU. Unfortunately our daughter developed pulmonary hypertension from oxygen deprivation at birth. This ultimately lead to her death. (3 months ago)

2008... even though i was just experiencing flu symptoms they found the problem quickly...heart attack...i was javing no pain...just didnt feel well...stabilized me and sent me to Kingsport where i received yhe best of care.
