Warm ,knowledgeable, and caring staff on the 10th floor . The food options were nutrition based with great flavor. Even the food servers were kind and helpful, how often do you find that? I felt more like I was staying in a 4 star hotel with all the services provided for me. A great staff with every player on board to make it a safe, and healing environment. (a month ago)

After falling and breaking my wrist on February 20 I went to the Southwest Swedish E.R. for immediate treatment. They did X-rays, set and splinted the arm, and gave me some much-needed prescriptions and a referral to an orthopedic surgeon at the main Swedish Medical Center. When I saw him he referred me to a hand and arm surgeon, who did an absolutely *wonderful* job of putting my wrist back together. It is now four weeks since the surgery (two months since the original injury) and I am out of the cast and getting weekly occupational therapy. My pain is well controlled with ibuprofen and I'm well on the way to full recovery. (a month ago)

Beware! I was billed 1 year and 11 months LATER for my copay for Swedish Outpatient Services. My records were not in order from 2 years ago to easily check. I am a person that pays my bills in a timely manner. No insurance is going to pay something provided two years ago. My advice, if you receive services at Swedish, keep excellent records of what is billed and what you paid or it could haunt you 2 years later. I think Swedish should have forgiven it and written it off. Jean Tarver, RN (3 weeks ago)

I spent five days in the Cardiac Recovery wing in late January 2018. The level of skill and caring by all staff members was amazing. This is a first rate hospital in every respect. Given my choice I would never go anywhere else. Thank you doctors, nurses and techs not only for your excellent skills but for your caring of me as your patient. (3 months ago)

Found myself unfortunately having to go to the Cardiac testing unit. The personnel who conducted the tests were absolutely amazing. Being a stressful situation, their kindness and compassion truly made an impact! Thank you! As an HCA Employee, I must say, my experience at this facility made my truly appreciative to work for the same company! (a month ago)
